We came as a group of 10 to celebrate my birthday, and the waitress, Nadia, took care of us. She was incredibly kind, smiling, witty, and very attentive, which made the meal even better. The food was excellent. Thank you to Nadia and the whole team!

Very disappointed by the welcome and service. The starters were served at the same time as the aperitifs, followed by an interminable wait. Annoyed by this poor organization, we left before even having dessert and coffee.

I am a regular at this place, it's a good restaurant, but today I really didn't appreciate the service. They made a mistake with my order but insisted I was wrong, even though I was certain of what I said. I really didn't appreciate having my word questioned several times, and luckily I looked at my detailed bill because part of what I ordered didn't arrive (the Saint Pellegrino) and I was also charged for the dish that was sent to me by mistake. In short, to err is human.

Great place, the Caesar salad was delicious, as were the lasagnas. Thank you for the warm welcome. I recommend it.

Disappointed with the service Unfortunately, I left quite disappointed with the service. I had higher expectations given the reviews and reputation of Via Roma. The experience didn't really live up to expectations, neither in terms of the quality of service nor the value for money. It's a shame, because the potential is there.
