Via Roma sur Le Pontet

We came yesterday at lunchtime with my family to celebrate Mother's Day. Even though we hadn't made a reservation, the waitress managed to find us a table. :) Unfortunately, the service was incredibly slow... we waited 40 minutes for our food... and at least 10 minutes just to get the menus to choose our dishes. I can understand that it was extremely busy. We were seated upstairs, and the young gentleman with the tattoos was quite pleasant at the beginning of the service, although he started complaining towards the end, which I find disrespectful to the customers. I know what it's like to work in the restaurant industry, so I can't really blame him because I could see he was doing his best. The food was very good. I often go to the Via Roma location with my boyfriend, and this is the first time the wait has been so long, but I'm always very satisfied with the food!

We arrived without a reservation, but we received a very warm welcome! The service was quick, and a special thank you to Gabin for his professionalism and efficiency despite the crowd!

Excellent Italian restaurant, quick service for busy workers at lunchtime. The food is really good quality and the desserts are amazing. I recommend this restaurant; moreover, the prices are reasonable for the quality of the food served.
