I bought a Lon Bun nem at the Vandoeuvre market and it was excellent! the texture was excellent, the quantities adapted and the balance of flavors perfect.

I often get takeout from this restaurant. Everything is delicious. The boss is adorable, always smiling.
Very good vegetarian bobun. And you can bring your own Tupperware.
