We had a wonderful dinner yesterday, we chose 2 tasting menus.
We have been coming to the restaurant for several years and we have noticed great progress, congratulations to the chef and the dining room and kitchen teams.
Refined cuisine, good tempo, friendly restaurant team, particularly the waiter who took care of us.
Small infusions of fresh herbs would be great 😉

As usual we were delighted from the reception until our departure. This is why we will come back again with great pleasure. If only the sommelier could find us just a good premier cru in Chassagne Montrachet, happiness would be more than perfect

Etant venu pour un séminaire, j'ai découvert cette maison d'architecte qui est l'institution incontournable de Perpignan. Tout a été un sans faute : le cadre, l'accueil, la table et la chambre dans un esprit contemporain sans oublier ses racines régionales. Le plus : les adresses pour faire des visites culturelles ou de vignobles. Encore merci pour ces moments inoubliables !
