Villa Plancha sur Aubiere

First time at Bistro Régent. The service is very fast, the staff very pleasant, the meats are very well cooked and the sauce is very good! However, prices have skyrocketed in 7 months with €2 more on the menu and €5 on the beautiful steak! And when we look at the photos, 3 years ago, the steak was €10 cheaper than today. I understand that there is inflation, but I find it a bit expensive. To all readers, I do not recommend the Camembert which is a little expensive for 50g at €5.50 with a piece of butter (the plate is probably prepared in advance since the butter tastes like fridge and Camembert). Finally, the tiramisu biscuit is soggy, and the tiramisu is made with whipped cream and not mascarpone, I find that a shame... Even if I understand that it is cheaper and less work. We make this point of attention for the keen taste buds, and for the staff, points of improvement!

Once again, I am satisfied with my evening. Top notch staff! 👌 Small drawbacks that I will highlight are, if possible, no longer cook the meat on the same plancha or pan as the salmon. It leaves a taste in the meat that is not necessarily pleasant. 🫤 The price of desserts which are exorbitant 😱

Alright. Half breast very well cooked, very good sauce. Just their salad was a bit haphazardly cut. Too bad their ice cream machine was broken, the other desserts didn't appeal to me.
