A long-time customer of Villa Tokyo, I go several times a year, and my family loves eating there too. It's become a must-visit for us. The staff is always very kind, welcoming, and attentive, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The restaurant is also ideally located in the heart of downtown Fontainebleau, right next to the Château de Fontainebleau. A truly excellent place that I highly recommend and where I always return with pleasure! 🍣✨

Passing through the city, we stopped for lunch there late at night. I wish I could say it was exceptional, but unfortunately, it was very average. The salmon was decent, but the rice was either way overcooked or not the right kind of rice for sushi. We decided to try a bao, which was quite large, but the filling seemed a bit random to me. There was too much sauce, making the bao soggy and mushy. It's a good option in a city where many restaurants around have set hours.

19/02/2026: Absolutely top-notch. A delightful establishment run by a passionate couple. A touch of Asian influence with a Western twist adds sophistication, a fusion-style cuisine. Creativity, aesthetics, fresh, high-quality ingredients, and incredible flavors. Prices are very reasonable, so be sure to book or order takeout! Otherwise, you won't get a table! Bravo!
