Also, €17 is far too expensive for the small amount of tagine I received… what a shame.

Bravo to the chef for this discovery and this delicious dinner. Each dish was a true delight. The team is incredible, attentive, and caring throughout the meal. A special mention goes to the sommelier, Maria de Jesus, who is simply exceptional, professional, efficient, and offers excellent advice.
My only regret is that I live too far from Fontainebleau.

Luxury cabins on stilts at the end of a pontoon overlooking the lake.
Shower, bed, bean-to-cup coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, huge ceiling fan, Nordic bath.
Peaceful, except for the noise of the neighbors—I'm talking about the ducks, geese, swans, and coypu that inhabit the marsh.

08/07/2026: On a climbing trip in search of vegetarian/ vegan food and found this place. An absolute gem, the best burgers we have ever tasted (betty and the chicky), a perfect setting sat outside in a cool courtyard and lovely staff. We will be back here as often as we are able :)
04/07/2026: You have to venture into the small courtyard of the art gallery to find this little restaurant, perfect for a Beyond Meat burger. The terrace is very pleasant and quiet.

05/07/2026: Pleasant setting, beautiful dining room, lovely terrace. The owner is friendly. A varied menu, quality dishes in generous portions that offer something out of the ordinary while remaining true to traditional cuisine. This is my third visit to the establishment, and I've never been disappointed.

05/07/2026: They put a lot of effort into the service; the waitresses are very pleasant and attentive. However, the pizza dough wasn't cooked properly and lacked flavor and salt. Unfortunately, I didn't finish my pizza. It's a shame because the setting is nice.

29/06/2026: It was great to rediscover this small, family-run Italian pizzeria and restaurant after about twenty years. The Diavola pizza was still as delicious (perhaps even more so?) as I remembered. The terrace was lovely. I highly recommend it!

02/05/2026: The service was slower than usual. I waited 30 minutes to order because the man was taking his time serving the two people before me. Furthermore, it's apparently the only Subway in France that doesn't offer a student menu and charges an extra 50 cents for drinks from the fridge.
