11/08/2026: We stopped by as neighbors on Sunday, August 9th, around 6 PM. The bartender who was working on the terrace was appalling. A true Parisian waiter, with no smile, no humor, and no sense of service. We also saw him arguing with two customers (for reasons unknown to us) and insulting them as they left. If you don't enjoy customer interaction, you should find another job, sir. Reply to the owner: I didn't say anything to the waiter. He was clearly showing that the customers were bothering him more than anything else, and I don't think he would have been receptive to my comments. My goal isn't to "slump" the rating (I'm a "big" Google contributor, as you can see, and my average rating is above 4), but when an experience is bad, it's important to speak up. 80% of the bar experience is the welcome you receive.

05/08/2026: The cafe should be called "the ice cube", no smiles, zero sense of hospitality, waitress as cold and unbearable as the guy inside, change jobs.

31/08/2026: It's easy to miss. The restaurant is tucked away in a courtyard. It's ideal for tourists arriving in the afternoon who don't want to wait hungry until 7 pm when the restaurants open. The food is far superior to the fast-food joints that are usually open in the afternoon.

28/08/2026: We drove an hour specifically to try their products and we weren't disappointed! Both burgers were really delicious. We especially loved the Betty burger with its homemade burger sauce. We ordered one of each pastry (except for the cakes), and each one was divine! The hardest part was choosing a favorite. If you really want a recommendation, try the chocolate cake; you won't be disappointed. The staff and the atmosphere are also very pleasant 😊

25/03/2026: Lovely hotel, a 10-minute walk from the castle, spotlessly clean, friendly staff, and a good breakfast. We had a pleasant stay. I recommend it.

30/08/2026: I booked a table at this restaurant for our 3-year anniversary thanks to the reviews I read... and I wasn't disappointed! 😉 The staff was wonderful, decorating our table with rose petals. 🌹 Our dessert, accompanied by a candle, was a truly touching touch. 🎂 Thank you to the two waitresses and the owner for their kindness and good cheer. The food was excellent; the concept of ordering generous portions of appetizers allowed us to try almost everything. The small, intimate terrace was perfect, as we hate crowds. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

24/08/2026: We had the pleasure of discovering the eight-course tasting menu, an absolutely wonderful experience that lived up to our expectations. The restaurant richly deserves its Michelin star. Chef Kunihisa Goto demonstrates remarkable creativity, imagining flavor combinations that are as surprising as they are harmonious. His cuisine, a fusion of French and Japanese influences, achieves a particularly precise and subtle balance. Each dish offered unexpected pairings, executed with remarkable finesse and precision. I was captivated by every single dish, without exception, both the savory and sweet options. Among the creations that particularly impressed us, the yellowtail with binchotan charcoal and tempura shiso, the delicate triptych of Japanese bread, foie gras, and unagi (Japanese egg), and the onsen egg with peas, bottarga, and Vin Jaune stand out for their incredible execution. And above all, don't miss the smoked lobster with rosemary: a true revelation, delicate, profound, and exceptionally original. A culinary experience difficult to describe, so unique and perfectly balanced are the flavors. The restaurant's elegance is also reflected in the service: impeccable, attentive, warm, and always smiling. A truly wonderful discovery and a gastronomic experience we recommend without hesitation.

24/08/2026: Simply exceptional. An initiation into travel in eight courses, with a perfect food and wine pairing. Everything flows seamlessly, like a superb melody, without a single false note. The service is exceptionally refined and attentive, which is extremely appreciated. Chef Goto even takes the time to come to the dining room after service. Truly excellence at every level, and for us, an exceptional and memorable evening.

06/06/2026: The food is good, the flavors are rich and aromatic. However, I wasn't too keen on the hair added to my takeaway order 🙂 Also, €17 is far too expensive for the small amount of tagine I received… what a shame.

A varied menu, quality dishes in generous portions that offer something out of the ordinary while remaining true to traditional cuisine. This is my third visit to the establishment, and I've never been disappointed.

29/06/2026: It was great to rediscover this small, family-run Italian pizzeria and restaurant after about twenty years. The Diavola pizza was still as delicious (perhaps even more so?) as I remembered. The terrace was lovely. I highly recommend it!

04/08/2026: Le Bouchon was a solid dinner spot with a great atmosphere and friendly service. I ordered the chicken burger, my girlfriend had the filet, and our friends ordered the beef stew and another filet. The standout of the meal was definitely the filets—they were some of the better steaks we had during our time in Paris. The beef stew came with an incredibly generous portion of meat, which was definitely appreciated, although the wine flavor was a little overpowering for our taste. My chicken burger was also flavorful and hit the spot. Overall, everyone left happy, and we’d gladly recommend Le Bouchon if you’re looking for a relaxed meal with quality food. The steaks alone make it worth a visit.
