03/04/2026: I was stunned by the portion sizes (especially the €14 starter with three scallops that were practically fighting each other on the plate and crunched under my teeth). The dessert was disappointing, a rather bland chocolate fondant. And to add insult to injury, the bill was simply outrageous, even exorbitant, considering the restaurant's unassuming appearance. As for the service, it was courteous but not warm. As someone from the south of France, I'm sorry to say, but I felt more like I was dining in a tourist trap than in a traditional French neighborhood restaurant.

26/03/2026: Lunch on a Friday. Two set menus with a starter, two main courses, cheese, and dessert. The food combinations were well-balanced. A big disappointment with the fish course: cod was served, even though the menu listed sea bass. The restaurant's strong point: the staff/smooth service. An experience worth having once. I expected a higher standard than some non-Michelin-starred restaurants.

08/04/2026: Delicious food!!! We were a group of 6 people and tried: pasta with pesto and burrata, carbonara, and lasagna bolognese and salmon, all very well prepared and generously served. Regarding the service, we were seated and it took quite a while for a waiter to appear. I also had considerable difficulty making a reservation, as I sent messages both on Instagram and by email and received no response through either channel.

05/04/2026: The pizza is average, I would have liked to try the lasagna but they didn't let us in because they didn't have space, the girl who served us was not very friendly and didn't even tell us if we could come back at another time. Basic things that are expected when going to a restaurant were missing, we were simply refused.

07/02/2026: Beautiful store that’s warm and welcoming! You can go in and choose fresh made items everything from salads, meals and dessert! Make sure to get the chocolate cake! Everything is made fresh by the owner and you can tell! It also has great wine and gift selections! They can even make a beautiful gift basket for you filled with great local and French selections! Make sure to stop by and meet Lou the owner!! Great experience and representation of French cuisine!!

27/12/2025: Wonderful rillettes, delicious wine (served by the half bottle) to accompany the cheese; and for dessert, homemade chocolate mousse. All this with very friendly service (in Fontainebleau, by no means a given). Highly recommended!

18/02/2026: Dinner on a Wednesday. Lovely place, warm welcome, beautifully decorated dining room, quiet atmosphere (not too crowded), comfortable seating, impeccable service with dishes modified according to allergens, even a suitable amuse-bouche was served instead – well done! The portions were quite generous, the dishes were well-prepared, we had a very enjoyable meal. The bill was reasonable. A satisfying experience; we will definitely return when the weather is nice to try the terrace.

Creativity, aesthetics, fresh, high-quality ingredients, and incredible flavors. Prices are very reasonable, so be sure to book or order takeout! Otherwise, you won't get a table! Bravo!

29/03/2026: Hello Pizza Tradition, last night I really enjoyed your carbonara pizza, although it smelled a bit like alcohol. My mother liked it too, but my sister said it didn't taste like it. Don't listen to people who tell you that at 8:15 or 9 pm you've ordered too much and that you can't do anything about it. I really enjoyed it. On Friday night, I had a friend over, and before going to her place, she didn't hesitate to give me kisses. And thank you for making my pizza early because I wasn't going to wait until 8:15 pm. So, work hard, don't give up, and don't argue with your colleagues. Have a good day and all the best. Bye bye 🙋

27/03/2026: The owner asked me to leave the establishment because he had customers for lunch. But in fact, no one was waiting, and he made me feel unwelcome. I didn't even have time to finish my cake. I found him rather rude.
