28/04/2026: We discovered this restaurant thanks to Google reviews and we weren't disappointed. We opted for the €49 set menu on a Tuesday evening; be aware that reservations are essential. The flavors were spot on. The sea bass fillet was superb, served with parsnip purée, herbs, and herb oil—a well-thought-out and balanced combination. A glass of wine ranged from €9 to €13. The service was attentive. The setting under a glass roof is chic but not stuffy, with a decor full of originality—kudos! A restaurant true to its modern and creative cuisine. Don't hesitate to stop by; the value for money is excellent.

07/02/2026: Beautiful store that’s warm and welcoming! You can go in and choose fresh made items everything from salads, meals and dessert! Make sure to get the chocolate cake! Everything is made fresh by the owner and you can tell! It also has great wine and gift selections! They can even make a beautiful gift basket for you filled with great local and French selections! Make sure to stop by and meet Lou the owner!! Great experience and representation of French cuisine!!

27/12/2025: Wonderful rillettes, delicious wine (served by the half bottle) to accompany the cheese; and for dessert, homemade chocolate mousse. All this with very friendly service (in Fontainebleau, by no means a given). Highly recommended!

10/05/2026: A real gem in the heart of Fontainebleau. Le Franklin nails what you want from a French restaurant — proper, delicious cooking with a menu that actually gives you choices. Everything we tried was excellent, the location couldn't be better for a stroll afterward. We'll be back.

05/05/2026: We discovered this charming restaurant as a family of five in the evening and tried several dishes to sample a little bit of everything. It was impossible to leave without leaving a glowing review. The service was quick and very pleasant, with a very friendly waiter and waitress. The food was incredibly delicious! And the speed of service was perfect. I've rarely eaten such tender meat. I highly recommend this restaurant!

02/05/2026: The service was slower than usual. I waited 30 minutes to order because the man was taking his time serving the two people before me. Furthermore, it's apparently the only Subway in France that doesn't offer a student menu and charges an extra 50 cents for drinks from the fridge.
