16/09/2026: This is such a hole in the wall place to get authentic Belgian fries and great burgers and sandwiches! Service is friendly and there are three tables inside and a couple of chairs and tables outside for seating as well. We tried the hotdog and several other options, all were great!

31/08/2026: It's easy to miss. The restaurant is tucked away in a courtyard. It's ideal for tourists arriving in the afternoon who don't want to wait hungry until 7 pm when the restaurants open. The food is far superior to the fast-food joints that are usually open in the afternoon.

28/08/2026: We drove an hour specifically to try their products and we weren't disappointed! Both burgers were really delicious. We especially loved the Betty burger with its homemade burger sauce. We ordered one of each pastry (except for the cakes), and each one was divine! The hardest part was choosing a favorite. If you really want a recommendation, try the chocolate cake; you won't be disappointed. The staff and the atmosphere are also very pleasant 😊

05/10/2026: I remember La Petite Ardoise. Everything about it was rich, warm, generous. Here, you eat, and the place seems built for that wonderfully primal thing: to be hungry, then to be filled. We were presented with the marrow bone. And what a bone! Half a tibia split lengthwise, exposing its burning, golden, quivering marrow. We scraped it with a spoon and spread it on crusty bread; a few crystals of salt burst under our teeth. It was opulence reduced to three things as simple as a bone, salt, and bread. Then came the ribeye steak, thick and bloody. Beneath its brown crust, the knife revealed the hot, red meat, its juices slowly seeping into the dish. This feast had ingredients that wouldn't appear on any menu: a place, a time, the person sitting opposite you, and the carefree feeling of not yet knowing that one day, this ordinary moment would become such a precious memory. THANKS.

The service is exceptionally refined and attentive, which is extremely appreciated. Chef Goto even takes the time to come to the dining room after service. Truly excellence at every level, and for us, an exceptional and memorable evening.

24/08/2026: We had the pleasure of discovering the eight-course tasting menu, an absolutely wonderful experience that lived up to our expectations. The restaurant richly deserves its Michelin star. Chef Kunihisa Goto demonstrates remarkable creativity, imagining flavor combinations that are as surprising as they are harmonious. His cuisine, a fusion of French and Japanese influences, achieves a particularly precise and subtle balance. Each dish offered unexpected pairings, executed with remarkable finesse and precision. I was captivated by every single dish, without exception, both the savory and sweet options. Among the creations that particularly impressed us, the yellowtail with binchotan charcoal and tempura shiso, the delicate triptych of Japanese bread, foie gras, and unagi (Japanese egg), and the onsen egg with peas, bottarga, and Vin Jaune stand out for their incredible execution. And above all, don't miss the smoked lobster with rosemary: a true revelation, delicate, profound, and exceptionally original. A culinary experience difficult to describe, so unique and perfectly balanced are the flavors. The restaurant's elegance is also reflected in the service: impeccable, attentive, warm, and always smiling. A truly wonderful discovery and a gastronomic experience we recommend without hesitation.

25/09/2026: A fantastic discovery! I had the crispy prawns with basil as a starter, followed by the Black Angus as a main course, and everything was absolutely excellent! The ingredients were flavorful, the cooking perfectly executed, and the flavor combinations truly successful. The service was also very pleasant and the atmosphere warm and inviting. A wonderful restaurant in Fontainebleau, which I highly recommend. We will definitely be back!

22/08/2026: It's by far, the best culinary experience I had in the city. The service was amazingly warm and the menu, maybe a bit small, was fresh and delicious. I had an amazing Pho with a spicy level that is usually not available in Europe. Everything was excellent, and it's especially better comparing with other Asian restaurants in the area.
