Absolutely nothing to complain about, the service was impeccable, the food was top-notch, and the wines were perfectly paired with the dishes. It was perfect 👍

A very warm welcome awaits you at this surprising establishment, tucked away on a small street in upper Montreuil, yet boasting a small, tree-lined park and private parking. In winter, the fireplace crackles with real logs, creating a wonderfully cozy atmosphere that thankfully counterbalances the cold, mineral feel of the bare marble tables. In the absence of a mixologist, the aperitif selection is quite conservative and classic. The menu is short, but—what a delightful surprise!—you can choose between a set menu and à la carte! Kudos for preserving this convivial tradition; not everyone is in the mood for a waltz in 6 or 8 steps! The cuttlefish was beautifully sliced ​​into tagliatelle, perfectly cooked and accompanied by a sublime rusty sauce. However, the delicious scallops were disappointingly drowned in a shrimp consommé that also overwhelmed the small quenelle of caviar, whose grains floated sadly in a flavorful broth and faded away without a trace. Then came a robust lobster, undoubtedly swum all the way from Brittany, its flavor enhanced by a bisque whose concentration is probably a true chef's secret. But above all, there was a John Dory that truly deserved its place at the entrance to paradise, its delicate texture magnified by a truly heavenly bourride! A judicious recommendation led us to discover the Roussanne grape variety used in Savoy whites, lending aromatic notes that perfectly complemented our choice of seafood in the Chignin served with our dishes. The vanilla variation of the dessert remained somewhat understated, delicate but marred by an overly pronounced gelatinous coating. The table service was friendly but still a touch immature. In short, a wonderful experience and a real incentive to return to Montreuil to witness the very likely rise of this fine establishment!

A wonderful experience on Saturday lunchtime: not many people, so very peaceful. The dishes are magnificent, and what's more, the restaurant accepts dogs — a huge plus!

The five-course tasting menu was excellent. Everything was amazing and delicious. I will always remember the vanilla dessert. The dining room is warm and inviting, especially since we were lucky enough to be seated near the fireplace, which created a special atmosphere. I would love to return in the summer to enjoy the outdoor area, which also looks very pleasant. The only downside was the lack of a bartender, which meant we couldn't order cocktails before dinner. This restaurant truly deserves its Michelin star.

A hidden gem in Montreuil. The dining room is tastefully decorated, and the fireplace provides a comforting warmth in winter. The service is impeccable and attentive, the sommelier offering excellent recommendations. The dishes are original, beautifully presented, and exceptionally flavorful. We will return this summer to enjoy this wonderful experience once again.

Fabulous welcome, service and meal in a magnificent setting!

We spent New Year's Eve at this establishment because we had very fond memories of our New Year's Eve dinner there in 2022. The menu was very good, but the quality of the dishes was inconsistent. The dessert, for example, was mediocre, as was the guinea fowl. The champagne wasn't chilled enough. Unfortunately, we were seated at a drafty table. The dining room wasn't well heated, the music and atmosphere weren't particularly festive, and the service was nowhere near what you'd expect from a Michelin-starred restaurant. In short, we were disappointed with the experience considering the price (€190 menu).

The cuisine was refined and sophisticated, and the atmosphere and service were pleasant. The only point for improvement was that the courses were served quite quickly; we asked them to slow down a bit, but otherwise it was perfect.

Mixed feelings after a Christmas lunch for two on December 25th. The tasting menu was exceptional, and the sage sorbet was a real highlight (I happily recreated it at home). However, I practically needed a magnifying glass to spot the vegetables around the veal. A shame. The waitstaff was young, smiling, and friendly. But the presentation of the dishes felt rushed and robotic, and we were surprised by an error in the bill. The dining room decor was dated, dreary, and poorly lit. A visit to the women's restroom likely explains this: the evening of the 24th had been quite eventful! No cleaning, no towels... We were just a couple passing through, but that didn't excuse them from responding to our "Goodbye" when we left. It probably wasn't the right day to discover Villa 9Trois.

A very good experience, whether for the quality of the dishes, the pairing of wines with the food and the service.
