We were disappointed by the service this time.
Very little attention was paid, nothing like our previous experiences at this restaurant.
We had to ask for water several times. We had ordered two bottles: one sparkling and one still, and they were still half full when we left.

The setting is magnificent and intimate. The cuisine is refined (special mention to the John Dory and the butternut squash velouté with its ginger mousse), and the wine pairings are simply sublime, perfectly complementing each dish. Bravo! The execution of every dish is masterful. The service is elegant and performed like a ballet. Congratulations to the entire team, and I hope to return soon!

The value for money was truly disappointing. The presentation was beautiful, but the taste simply wasn't there.
The scallops were barely perceptible because there were too few of them, and the shrimp sauce overpowered everything else. The cuttlefish tagliatelle was excellent. The John Dory was rather bland with its sauce. The veal was very good. The chocolate cream was tasty, but the black garlic ice cream ruined everything. It's a shame to end on such a negative note with a lingering garlic taste at the end of the meal. For the price, it's truly disappointing.
Otherwise, the setting is very cozy with the fireplace.

Beautiful setting, warm welcome, competent and friendly staff. Dishes were beautifully presented, both visually and in terms of quality. We particularly appreciated their originality, and the champagne and wines were very well recommended by the sommelier. A big thank you to the whole team, see you soon!
