Good place for a very decent meal. Reasonable prices.

The restaurant on the main street has a terrace at the front and back. Please note: the terrace at the back of the establishment is open exclusively for dinner. That is a pity and actually incomprehensible, as it is quieter and offers a nicer view. The service was friendly and efficient. The menu du jour includes only one main course for the fixed price. There is a surcharge of almost 20% for the other main course. There is an extensive wine list. For a number of bottles, one can also choose a glass or a 50 ml portion. The latter is presented in a blind decanter. The dishes on the menu du jour were good, which, incidentally, is to be expected given the price.

Just a stone's throw from Carpentras and Beaumes-de-Venise, a deserted terrace welcomes you to Caromb, a charming but undeniably secluded spot. Guided by the owner, he leads you through the establishment, and to your surprise, you arrive at another terrace, bustling with diners and bathed in the glow of a magnificent sunset. And then the improbable happens: the perfect marriage of high-quality, and finally original, cuisine with hidden gems of wine from this beautiful region. One piece of advice: go! You'll find only true professionals there, passionate about their craft.
