Always delighted to enjoy the delicious dishes prepared by "Lapin," the iconic owner of this establishment, which is well worth a visit: a professional and friendly team, homemade cuisine, and a delightful terrace with a thatched roof. Highly recommended.

One of the best restaurants in Chalons and, above all, one of the few that serves food after 8pm

A lovely little restaurant for a romantic meal. We enjoyed a table outside. A calm and cool atmosphere on this Saturday evening. A very warm welcome. The staff is really pleasant. 4 stars because there's a really long wait for your order and for the food to arrive. The dishes are beautiful and delicious. But the portions are really small. The starter is very light (tomato and avocado) and the fries with the burger are minimal.

My son came to do a work experience placement at this restaurant and wanted to come back as a customer. He wasn't disappointed, and neither were we. We'll be back. Best of luck to the whole team.

01/09/2026: A pleasant surprise. The service is friendly and very fast. The food is excellent: the meat, fries, and Caesar salad are superb. Furthermore, all the dishes are generously portioned. I highly recommend it if you're in the area.
19/08/2026: Stayed near Chalon sur Champagne on way north from Provence to Calais - last meal of the holiday. What a brilliant find...amazing food, attentive service, great value, good selection / range of dishes.
