Waffle Factory sur Strasbourg

So good, compared to the one in the city center which is horrible, pleasant staff

Thank you for this incredible food experience. We went there twice; once for their savoury food and another for their sweets. We got the Reblochon des Bois, the Alpine, the cookie waffine and the Liège 3 nappages; and they were absolutely delicious! The food is neat, of good quality and a satisfying portion for the prices. The place is a bit small in the middle of a crowded mall, but the service is good and the staff was nice to us.

GREAT ! Very welcoming staff! the waffles are really of great quality and very good! Note that some are even halal or even the majority so great! Their sweet waffles are super good, especially with caramel! the teams are nice and welcoming (we were served by 2 very nice young men) and no waiting! it was ready in 5 minutes

Me and my wife been here for the first time and we are very pleased with our order. We tried savoury Orientale and Liege's Waffle banana split. Savoury waffle was filled with right amount of flavourful chicken and the sweet one was delicious too. The place is always crowded and during our visit it was hard to find a place to sit inside. The service is pretty quick and efficient. The price very descent. Would highly recommend.

Having been in this place twice during my visit in Strasbourg I might say I really liked it. Its true that the tables may have not been as cleaned as wished, but I think people should remind themselves that during rushing hours most of them leave the tables in a disgusting manner and that two or three people with rushing orders are not able to do everything at once. I would just ask for a little milk on the hot chocolate, without it is just tasteless, even though we were prevented.

Super bonnes gaufres, je recommande

Quand on parle de Waffle Factory en général on connaît, c'est bon, un peu cher pour ce que c'est mais c'est gourmand et en pause goûter ça passe vraiment bien. Finalement un 3,5-4 étoiles est cohérent pour ce type de restauration. Pourtant je lui mets 5 à celui du rivetoile pour une raison simple : le personnel est vraiment super sympa !! Si je veux une waffine je sais où y retourner. Merci au "monsieur à lunettes" qui m'a très bien accueilli et à très bientôt 😊.

Mon waffle salée était déjà cuit et réchauffe du coup il a été très très sec

Je partage le même avis que François Cheutin, les gaufres sont bonnes mais le point négatif c’est le café au lait qui est à l’eau , vraiment pas bon .
