As a restaurateur, I limit my opinions on colleagues as much as possible. However, I discovered this restaurant when it was on rue Le Regrattier, in Île Saint-Louis (so a very long time ago) and I have no personal connection with the owners. Even if I rarely go there, now living in Seine-et-Marne, I can only praise the consistency in the quality of the cuisine. I understand perfectly that the barbecue served with dry semolina can destabilize the regulars of "tourist couscous", of "Royal couscous" which has nothing traditional, but we can only recognize the quality of the cuisine, the authenticity of the recipe and the kindness of the service. To meet demand, the House offers an additional broth. This is not heresy, it is an adaptation. In a nutshell, Wally the Saharan is for me one of the very beautiful North African houses in Paris. A decor that will take you away from your surroundings during a meal. Delicious dishes in the purest North African tradition. Quality and friendly service. Very pleasant time, I highly recommend.

Very nice, good food, we like the catering side

Très bon restaurant et accueil. Service peut-être un peu long pour quelqu’un qui serait pressé mais pour nous qui étions en vacances c’était acceptable, sinon accueil tres aimable. Cuisine parfaite, un peu chère quand même . Ambiance un peu austère, peut-être parce qu’il n’y avait pas beaucoup de monde ce jour là. On y reviendra sûrement
