Walt's - an American Restaurant sur Chessy

I've been to this restaurant twice (once around January 2025 and again this past week). Both times, I was satisfied with the service, the food, etc. Everything was prepared quite well, with attention to detail, from the decor to the varied menu. The salad isn't the best, and the portions are generally small, considering the price of €55 per person for 1 appetizer, 1 main course, and 1 dessert. I recommend booking well in advance.

We had a reservation for the lunch menu through our pre-booked meal package. On the concierge's recommendation, we visited Walt's. The restaurant is located directly on Main Street U.S.A., making it easy to fit into our schedule. We were seated quite quickly and given a table by the window, from where we could watch the parade. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. Much of it may be a matter of personal preference, but I still wanted to mention it. First, we were offered bread plates and knives, but unfortunately, no bread was served. The appetizers were tasty. For our main course, we had mac and cheese with chicken. The chicken was dry, and the skin, while crispy, was soggy and bland. The mac and cheese, on the other hand, was tasty but ultimately nothing special. Dessert, ice cream, and lemon mirengue were also fine. Overall, the service was very slow. As is well known, one takes one's time when dining a three-course meal, but over 30 minutes between the appetizer and main course, and almost 40 minutes for the final bill, was rather long. The service was generally friendly. The atmosphere in the restaurant was very quiet, with hardly any conversation. The restrooms are extremely inconveniently located, so the door was always inevitably blocked by people waiting.

I was initially skeptical, thinking it was just theme park fast food… but I was wrong: The food, service, and ambiance here are top-notch! The vegan dessert was exceptional; I've rarely had such a good vegan dessert. Anyone visiting Disneyland should definitely eat here. But be aware: reservations are necessary.

This restaurant is very well located on Main Street USA. The service is well-organized from the moment we arrived until the food arrived; our waitress Nadine was efficient and friendly! The red cabbage dish was a generous portion and quite good, with a very strong sesame flavor. The dish that was supposed to be chili con carne was very disappointing: the meat was very tough and difficult to cut, and the presentation was strange. For dessert, the lemon tart, reimagined as a Breton shortbread, was decent but nothing exceptional. I had a non-alcoholic cotton candy cocktail, which, on the other hand, was very good! Nevertheless, for a €55 menu, the value for money is very poor. Be warned, in the summer, the air conditioning is freezing, reminiscent of the kind you find in Walt Disney's homeland...

I went with low expectations—the names of the dishes, the location, and being inside an amusement park, to boot. But it was surprisingly good. The food was spectacular, the boulevard amazing, and the dessert was one of the best. Definitely a place to go back.

Yesterday we had lunch at Walt's – An American Restaurant, and the experience exceeded our expectations. As soon as you enter, you immediately sense the history and legacy of Walt Disney. The restaurant is a true tribute to the founder of Disney: photographs, mementos, and period details accompany guests on a journey through his life and career. The atmosphere and decor perfectly evoke the style of Main Street U.S.A., and as you ascend the stairs, you can admire numerous original photographs and paintings that chronicle Walt Disney's evolution, from his beginnings to the height of his success. Once you reach the first floor, you're greeted with great courtesy. The restaurant is divided into several themed rooms, each inspired by a Disneyland Park theme park. We were seated in the Fantasyland room, which was truly elegant and immersive. The service was impeccable: our waitress was extremely kind, professional, and attentive. Despite the restaurant being busy, everything was quick and well-organized; we had a leisurely lunch in about an hour and a quarter. The menu includes an appetizer, main course, and dessert for €55, a price we consider absolutely justified by the quality of the experience and the ingredients. I also highly recommend the non-alcoholic cocktails: I chose the one dedicated to Walt Disney's childhood, decorated with a fluffy cloud of pink strawberry-flavored cotton candy. Not only was it beautiful to look at, but it was also delicious and capable of taking you back to your childhood for a few moments. As for the food, each course was prepared with high-quality ingredients and presented with great care. Everything was truly excellent. We left completely satisfied and happy to have chosen this restaurant. It's more than just lunch, but an experience that celebrates Disney history in a refined and welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely return during our next visit to Disneyland Paris. Highly recommended! ✨🏰🍽️

This restaurant is a gem on Main Street, steeped in history and memories of the beloved Walt Disney. The atmosphere is cozy and intimate, with very chic decor. It's a truly comfortable place to be. The meal was delicious and succulent; we loved it. You can also order a set menu (starter/main/dessert) for €55, with generous portions. The only downside was the very slow service. Thirty-five minutes passed between our reservation time and the arrival of our starter. The main course was served an hour later. In total, we were there for two hours.

The welcome and service were excellent. The food was good, but for the price (€55 for a starter/main course/dessert), one expects better. The atmosphere and decor are truly in keeping with the Walt Disney theme.
