Walt's - an American Restaurant sur Chessy

Generally the experience was good, the food was on the better side, it’s not best restaurant in Paris, but for Disneyland it’s very good. The service was really nice, we did not feel rushed even though they were busy. All in all good!

What can I say, it was magnificent! We celebrated my daughter's birthday there, and the meal was very good, except for the small ratatouille served with the fish, which wasn't to our taste—too spicy. But the rest was perfect. The waitress, Alison, was exceptional, truly very pleasant and kind. Thank you for this lovely time!

I had a fantastic lunch at Walt's – an American Restaurant. The elegant setting is a beautiful tribute to Walt Disney's history, with perfectly decorated themed rooms. As for the food, the dishes are a wonderful homage to refined American cuisine: the meat was cooked to perfection, and the service was particularly attentive and warm. Special mention for the view of the parade from the first-floor windows! A must-visit for a delightful and enchanting culinary break during a day at the park. I will definitely be back!

Great experience overall, especially if you want to stay in the park. Calm, classic chique atmosphere and furniture sparkled with little bits of Walt’s history. Food was good, staff was excellent. Wouldn’t recommend the salad as a starter for it was rather plain and small. Everything else was solid. A little pricey for the overall quality, but that is to be expected inside the park. The toilet situation left room for improvement, for there was only 1 cabin each (men/women) (working), and cleanliness was okay-ish. Menue comes in your language most likely, even if it’s only french/english online (we had German menues) Be aware that in summer you will need to make an reservation at least a week in advance - likely more. You might still get lucky and grab a cancelled slot on the day though.

The waiter was very friendly and attentive, which was probably the best part of our experience. Unfortunately, the food itself was extremely disappointing. The restaurant operates with a set lunch menu. I ordered the fish, but it was served raw. They replaced it without any issue, but the second portion was still undercooked. My child had the chicken, which was also very poor and unpleasant to eat. For a restaurant inside such a popular park, the quality of the food was far below what we expected. Overall, the dining options in the park seem overpriced for the quality offered, and this meal was especially disappointing.

A wonderful immersion into the life of Walt Disney. Like any restaurant in any park, the prices are inflated, but the food is good and well-prepared. We had a great time.

Perfect experience, excellent food

A wonderful experience at this restaurant! The setting offered a view of the parade, the food was generous, and the service was excellent. Thank you to our guest waitress, Sissi, for her warm welcome and helpful recommendations.

We came for lunch today, a good experience but with a few drawbacks. For our starter, we ordered a creamy soup, and when the dish arrived, we learned it was actually gazpacho. So we had that and the chicken pie. The pie was bland, and the bread in the gazpacho wasn't crispy but stale. The main course was delicious (mac and cheese and chicken). The desserts were simply perfect (lemon meringue pie and mille-feuille). But the most important thing is the overall experience and the service, which we found less than ideal. A woman served us while I was still mopping up my gazpacho, my plate empty, but still eating my bread, and she took my plate away with my mouth still full. During the meal, we were nearing the end, and the waitress, standing about 50 cm away, said, "We're starting the desserts, they'll be finished soon." I understand, but we simply felt rushed. And then they bring us our desserts, just a spoonful, and the lady comes over and puts the payment terminal on the table. We just wanted to finish eating without being interrupted…. As for the atmosphere, it's very nice, but if you're expecting a view of Main Street, you'll have to be lucky. The table next to us even laughed about it, saying, "We were upgraded! We could have ended up like them, literally between two walls." So, a good experience if you're a Disney fan and love its history. It was a dream come true for me, but I think it will be the last time.

We recently dined here and had noted on our booking that it was a graduation occasion, but this wasn’t acknowledged. Not a big deal breaker, though. We were seated in the pirates area, which has a great design inside, with each room individually themed. The food was nicely presented and of good quality. The main issue was with the service. We felt rushed to move on, and the waiter asked us to pay while we were still mid-dessert. I’ve never experienced this at any other restaurant I’ve dined at. Having eaten at restaurants in both the Florida and Paris Disney parks, I have to say the waiters here seemed noticeably less engaged compared to other Disney restaurants.
