Taste: 5/5 Service: 1/5 Let's start with the elephant in the room: it's incredibly frustrating to have to grab paper towels and wipe down rain-soaked chairs outside ourselves while the staff does absolutely nothing... What seems like the bare minimum when you're paying €40 for two meals is clearly not being done. Even after pointing it out, nothing was done for the next customers—pure bliss. Add to that the deplorable state of the restrooms, with an overflowing bin and cleaning products left on a chair that had no business being there... Very unacceptable. It was just before 12:30 pm this Friday, and it was far from peak hours, otherwise I wouldn't have felt the need to write this review. Once again, regarding the price, when you're positioning yourself in the "premium fast food" segment, it would be great to have a complete control over the customer experience from start to finish to make us want to come and spend our money with you. To end on a positive note, the burgers are still good and filling. Thankfully...

A great place to enjoy a fantastic burger. Good value, good quality. Excellent service and speed. The burgers are large, and the portion of fries is generous. The nuggets are delicious. Local prices are reasonable for the area. Everything is clean, and there are plenty of staff to serve you quickly.

Delivered cold, but very tasty nonetheless; you can taste the quality of the ingredients. I'll definitely be back.

Today we went to Alfred Burger and my partner and I both ordered a smash burger meal. For 10 euros, you get delicious homemade fries with a high-quality smash burger made with delicious meat, cooked fresh to order. We've been going there since they opened, and I find the quality has been improving, which isn't the case in all other restaurants (I won't name names). Go there without hesitation; you won't be disappointed. Have a good day, everyone.

Order placed today on Uber Eats: Smash Burger + Cocorico Burger + Nuggets + Fries. First off, I have to say that the fries and nuggets are still as good as ever: crispy and still hot despite the trip, so kudos for that! However, I was very disappointed with the Smash Burger 😞. The meat looked boiled, with way too much ketchup. Where were the cheddar cheese and pickles? Even the bun was completely overshadowed by the meat. (Ketchup and ground beef) Honestly, use a little less meat, sear it properly with a good Maillard reaction, and reduce the ketchup. The simplest things are often the best, but also the hardest to get right. A cook who cares about you 😉🍔

No sorting, everything goes in the same bin. Glass, metal, paper, cardboard, and food waste. The system needs improvement.
