I was there for the opening at D1, H1 in Val d'Europe.
Culinary orgasm!
It's not unusual for me to drive two hours (one hour each way) just to eat a From'ton.

Passing through the area, we stumbled upon this burger restaurant. What a pleasant surprise! The burgers are truly excellent! Special mention goes to the pulled beef burger! A nice bonus: the fries are homemade.
The service is quick. The kitchen is clean and the staff is friendly. As for personal tastes: I'm not a big fan of the cheese served with the fries.

Amazing burgers. Good prices - and great service. I really enjoyed the burger of the month, which was pulled pork with red cheese and crispy onion. Also, bacon cheesy fries are tip top. Super impressed with Alfred burger.

You can customize how you want your burger patty cooked. I ordered a combo which came with a bottled soda and fries. The fries were crispy and not oily. I caved into reviews and tried it with the reblochon sauce which didn't make the fries taste any better. In fact, I preferred the fries without the sauce.
Overall, while the food was satisfying, it was pricey (low €20s) for what you're given.

A great place for a good burger. The bun is fantastic 👌🏻 and the burger is generously topped (I even removed some of the caramelized onions because there was too much for my taste). The homemade fries were also very good. There was a bit of a wait, but that's normal for a Saturday night, I think, and a warm welcome with apologies from the young woman taking and ringing up the orders. We'll definitely be back to try other burgers 😉
