What can I say! If you're a baking enthusiast who loves quality ingredients and learning new things, you've come to the right place. Gerald is a fantastic teacher and, above all, a true professional. From technique to taste, you'll find everything you need. The baking class is amazing, with techniques and tips on common mistakes to correct at home, absolutely extraordinary cakes, and a friendly atmosphere for enjoying our creations—it has it all! I'd eaten Gerald's famous chocolate cake several times, and the creations in this class were just as good—excellent! From cream puffs to crepe cake and the Lilikoï, the perfect balance of fruit tartness and chocolate sweetness was simply superb. Thank you again for your energy and professionalism. I will definitely repeat the experience because it more than met my expectations! See you soon!

A very good experience with this pastry class. You learn a lot, including little tips and tricks from the pros to help you succeed in your baking. I think the classes are best suited for those who love baking and are eager to learn. The course is quite intensive. You cover a lot of material, and you need to keep moving to finish everything. If you work at least a little, you still have time to chat, and there's a very pleasant snack break. It's a workshop where everyone cooks at the same time, taking turns. So if you lose track, it's probably difficult to understand the steps. Of course, if you don't feel like cooking, you can just stand by and watch. Personally, I really enjoyed it and learned a lot. I suppose the experience also depends on the group you end up with. If I had to mention a less positive point, it's that some ingredients are only available in stores catering to professionals. This will make it difficult to recreate the recipes. However, Gerald provides addresses if you're motivated to buy the same ingredients. As for me, I preferred to note down all the tips to improve the recipes I was already making, which are now much better.

Pastry class on January 32, 2026: I warmly thank Gérald for this excellent time spent learning how to make delicious recipes. My children and my partner were amazed and loved the cakes! I truly loved this experience and I'm already looking forward to coming back for a savory cooking class!! It's very clear that Gérald is passionate about his work and loves sharing that passion. 16/05/2026: Still as delicious as ever after 30 years! We thoroughly enjoyed the makizushi, sushi, torikatsu, and vegetarian ramen 👌 The desserts were also delicious: red bean paste tiramisu, financiers, and matcha cookies.
