10/04/2026: Overall, a satisfactory experience at this Toulon KFC, although the feeling was somewhat uneven depending on the aspect of the visit. The food itself was excellent. The chicken was served piping hot, with a crispy and flavorful coating, just as expected from this chain. For the food alone, I would give it 4 stars without hesitation, as it delivered on its promise. However, the service could be a bit more dynamic. The wait was quite long despite it being moderately busy, and the welcome lacked a bit of fluidity and friendliness. It's functional, but you can tell the staff are sometimes under pressure, hence my 3-star rating. The main drawback concerns the atmosphere and upkeep of the dining area. The space was particularly noisy during my visit, and the cleanliness of the tables left much to be desired, which didn't make eating there very pleasant. For the overall atmosphere, I'm only giving it 2 stars. In summary: a good option for the quality of the products, but I would recommend takeaway to avoid the lack of comfort in the dining room.
