A fabulous experience. A complete change of scenery. A true taste of Alsace. The service is impeccable and the specialties delicious. A lovely view from the terrace is the perfect finishing touch.

What a wonderful discovery! Winstub Henriette is a fantastic place that I highly recommend. From the moment you step inside, you're charmed by its quaint, slightly old-fashioned decor, which gives the place a wonderful charm and a warm atmosphere. As for the food, it's a sure thing for lovers of traditional Alsatian cuisine: The sauerkraut: it's simply excellent, flavorful, and perfectly balanced (light and easy to digest without being too heavy). The escalopes: also tried and tested, they are delicious and perfectly cooked. A little tip: the restaurant is very popular and seating is limited. Be sure to book in advance to guarantee a table! In short, a comforting and delicious experience in Mulhouse. We'll definitely be back!

The schnitzel and cordon bleu portions were very small. A tiny pan of potatoes as a side dish for two people was really insufficient. The taste was great (the ratio of ham to cheese could have been better balanced for my taste), but for the price, I wouldn't go back. The choucroute at the next table was large, as is typical in other restaurants. The open-faced sandwich was only enough for a soup plate. We've been to several very good restaurants in town, and this one definitely offers more.

25/07/2026: A very pleasant establishment that owes its reputation to its exceptional bartenders, who have excellent taste and offer great advice! This bar has a loyal clientele thanks to its servers who create an amazing atmosphere! And they are incredibly kind! Jeremy manages it brilliantly. The selection of drinks and creations is original and caters to everyone, with a great menu of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options (I can't wait for the non-alcoholic shooters!). In short, I highly recommend this bar, especially during happy hour!
