Down to earth, regional, home food that is hard to top. Very good wine selection and extremely friendly owners. Can only recommend if you have a few hours to spend in the area.

Visiting Mulhouse for a wedding, I made a last-minute reservation at this restaurant serving Alsatian cuisine. I ordered the lamb confit, which was divine. I asked for vegetables and sautéed potatoes as a side dish, and I wasn't disappointed. Often, the vegetables in restaurants are quite greasy, so I was pleasantly surprised to receive a generous portion of vegetables, cooked to a perfect crispness. I highly recommend this restaurant and commend the chef.

Having been there several times, I highly recommend it. Very good regional and homemade cuisine, excellent value for money. For people passing through Mulhouse, a very good address in the city centre and very pleasant staff.

07/04/2026: Always a fantastic experience at La Gourmandise Tea Room and Restaurant in Mulhouse! Top-notch service, a welcoming and always smiling team. The bread rolls are delicious, fresh, and truly indulgent. A place I highly recommend.
28/03/2026: Unfortunately, and as always, we are faced with the ignorance of bosses who believe that the customer consumes and keeps quiet, but there is a limit to this: degraded toilets, treacherous steps and let's talk about that famous door, and yet it's not for lack of having told them what we should do, otherwise shut up and pay.
