What a wonderful discovery! Winstub Henriette is a fantastic place that I highly recommend. From the moment you step inside, you're charmed by its quaint, slightly old-fashioned decor, which gives the place a wonderful charm and a warm atmosphere.
As for the food, it's a sure thing for lovers of traditional Alsatian cuisine:
The sauerkraut: it's simply excellent, flavorful, and perfectly balanced (light and easy to digest without being too heavy).
The escalopes: also tried and tested, they are delicious and perfectly cooked.
A little tip: the restaurant is very popular and seating is limited. Be sure to book in advance to guarantee a table!
In short, a comforting and delicious experience in Mulhouse. We'll definitely be back!

The schnitzel and cordon bleu portions were very small. A tiny pan of potatoes as a side dish for two people was really insufficient. The taste was great (the ratio of ham to cheese could have been better balanced for my taste), but for the price, I wouldn't go back. The choucroute at the next table was large, as is typical in other restaurants. The open-faced sandwich was only enough for a soup plate. We've been to several very good restaurants in town, and this one definitely offers more.

Down to earth, regional, home food that is hard to top. Very good wine selection and extremely friendly owners. Can only recommend if you have a few hours to spend in the area.

Visiting Mulhouse for a wedding, I made a last-minute reservation at this restaurant serving Alsatian cuisine. I ordered the lamb confit, which was divine. I asked for vegetables and sautéed potatoes as a side dish, and I wasn't disappointed. Often, the vegetables in restaurants are quite greasy, so I was pleasantly surprised to receive a generous portion of vegetables, cooked to a perfect crispness.
I highly recommend this restaurant and commend the chef.

Having been there several times, I highly recommend it. Very good regional and homemade cuisine, excellent value for money. For people passing through Mulhouse, a very good address in the city centre and very pleasant staff.
