We dined here this evening and were delighted with both the food and the entire team.
The marrow bones I had as an appetizer were excellent. The salad with shrimp and scallops was equally superb.
The kidneys were also very good and, as they should be, beautifully pink inside.
The Ile Flotante for dessert was also excellent.
We'll be back.

Everything was excellent again today, and we're already looking forward to our next visit.

A nice little restaurant, well-maintained and clean. The waitress was friendly. However, we waited a long time for our main course, veal cordon bleu with Munster cheese. It was very generous, the sauce was very good, but the breading was overcooked. The side dish, sautéed potatoes, was burnt to a crisp and gave it an unpleasant taste. The salad dressing was good.
So, a mixed review.

We were here today and had the steak tartare as a starter and the cordon bleu with Munster cheese sauce as a main course. Both were excellent, the spaetzle were definitely homemade and absolutely delicious. The chef even came to our table to explain the seasoning of the tartare—with a taste test to make sure it was to our liking. We thoroughly enjoyed the very friendly, bilingual service. Finally, we received fantastic advice regarding our digestif. Don't let the slightly dated decor put you off. We were completely satisfied and delighted—we'll definitely be back.

A lovely little restaurant with a unique charm, an affordable menu, and an excellent selection. The Chinese fondue is superb and very well presented. The food is very good, and the Alsatian wine is also excellent. A stop for the taste buds that deserves a visit.

The weekday EPD menu is €14.90 – definitely worth trying...
Excellent, thank you!
We returned on April 6, 2026. The chef has changed, but the dishes are still just as delicious and generous!
We'll be back to try the Chinese fondue... a house specialty!
