A Leclerc you almost need a pedometer for. Enormous, gigantic assortment, and about as many people as at an average French village festival. The beer section deserves special mention: lots of specialty beer. Just don't expect obscure discoveries from a monk brewing three bottles a year somewhere in the back of Brittany. Mostly the well-known specialty beers, but enough to give you serious decision fatigue.

You can find everything there, and the best of it. The fish shop is fantastic.

A large supermarket with a unique maritime focus: the fish counter is a separate shop, entirely within the main store! A good selection of fresh fish and seafood.

Easy to find what you're looking for. Spacious aisles, well-organized products. Friendly cashier. The only downside is the parking lot at the exit.

Closed on Sundays, but there's a large market right next door. I called to ask if it was possible to bring a dog inside in the heatwave instead of leaving it in the car, and I was told no. (Not very friendly...) Otherwise, a very nice and well-maintained shop.
