For an all-you-can-eat Japanese restaurant, I found it perfectly acceptable. Don't expect haute cuisine, but the value for money is good. The highlights are clearly the skewers and appetizers, which I found very well done. The dining room is pleasant, well air-conditioned, and the staff is welcoming and efficient. Considering the price and overall experience, I think this restaurant deserves its 5 stars.

The maki rolls weren't great. The rice was watery. It's a shame they didn't have seaweed salad. The servers were friendly, the place was clean and quite welcoming. But the food was so-so...and expensive in the evening.

08/07/2026: While passing through Sartrouville, I was introduced to Yaka Sushi. Excellent food, a very warm welcome, and above all, unbeatable value for money. If I return to the area, I will definitely go back to this restaurant.
