Creative thoughtful food that is incredibly approachable. We had a wonderful meal with the wine pairing. Each bite was impeccably designed and the wine pairings were diverse, global and original. Favorite plates included beef cheek (the broth was made in heaven I think), octopus sticky rice, and on top of all the others was the blue cheese cherry bao! The venn diagram of Asian and French food made for a fun provocative overlap. The chef and wait staff were at our table regularly explaining what we were experiencing making for a high touch wonderful experience. Highly recommend. Likely one of my favorite meals of all time. Will return!

One of the best and most interesting dining experiences I've had in a while. The restaurant is beautiful. The decor is understated and everything looks tidy and fresh. We had something akin to a chef s table right next to the kitchen. Great if you want to see the action in the kitchen. If you want something a bit more private some of the other tables might be a better fit. We went for the tea pairing (50 per person) to accompany the menu (190). The tea pairing is such an interesting idea and we both thought it worked really well. The tea s had unique characteristics and worked really well with the dishes. The star was of course the food which was all amazing. The tuna dish in particular was amazing. Beautifully and interestingly paired with figs, green beans and an interesting slightly spicy marinade/sauce. The bouillabaisse and octopus were other highlights. Service was always attentive without being intrusive. The chef was at the table herself to explain a few of the dishes patiently and always with a friendly smile. Would warmly recommend this place for a special occasion. We will certainly be back!

It was incredible. I recommend having the teas with the tasting as it is a unique experience. It's very expensive but it's worth it.

6 of us came and had a very good evening. We opted for the food and wine and tea pairing. All the wines we were served to accompany the dishes were excellent. The dishes were very nicely presented and the flavors were there. We loved the journey offered by this refined cuisine and each tea going wonderfully with the dishes. We were pleasantly welcomed and throughout the evening the team took great care of us. A real experience that we recommend. Thank you so much !

Plus de huit ans, après une première expérience malheureuse due à une annulation de dernière minute de la part du restaurant, j’ai retenté l’expérience pour mon plus grand plaisir. La salle est très agréable joliment décorée, mais le principal réside dans les assiettes où chaque plat est un festival de saveurs subtiles et raffinées. Témoignage que l’on se rappelait de ma déconvenue ancienne, la responsable du restaurant est venu me dire un petit mot gentil et comble du raffinement m’a offert un verre de vin.

One of the best restaurants that I have had the opportunity to discover and to be able to return there several times. An original cuisine, committed and full of sincerity. an exceptional chef and sommelier. We join or not, it doesn't matter. To my taste, it's good and moving. PS. to a little guide that starts with M, it's good to give two or three stars to a whole bunch of restaurants in the world while arguing that this does not follow the codes of French gastronomy. Having been lucky enough to be able to do quite a few starred shows, it would be good to think about doing it in France too. PS2. to all the totos who leave a star, you have the right not to like but provide service in the dining room or in the kitchen and then we talk about it

The place is small, but wonderfully decorated. Because it was lunch, I chose the tasting menu and the tea pairing. I had to leave at 2 o'clock sharp and had some dietary restrictions that the staff kindly accommodated. Thank you! I am usually skeptical of fusion cousins because it generally ends in fusion confusion... However, this was not the case! Every dish that came out was a surprise of flavors and textures. Paired with a freshly-brewed matching tea made each bite absolutely divine. The highlight was the Stilton-filled steamed bun. Never would have thought it would be that delicious. Staff were friendly and prices reasonable. A definite must-go when in Paris!

Awesome experience, What really appeals to me is that we are really in a restaurant of very high standard, very beautiful room, subdued atmosphere, very careful service, extremely well maintained and clean kitchen, etc. But, we feel comfortable there, there is a sort of family and relaxed atmosphere. So we are really in good conditions to appreciate the delicacy of the dishes! It’s very good, a very original part, but also a more classic, very comforting part. It’s unique to eat Chinese cuisine with such high quality products. THANKS !
