We went all the way from HK to visit this gem and it was absolutely worth it! Chef Adeline is our greatest inspiration and we are honoured to see her there!
My husband and I visited yam'Tcha in June during our holiday in Paris. We were inspired by the story of chef Adeline from the Netflix chef's table series.
We wanted to go during our last holiday in Paris back in 2023 but it was fully booked for a couple months by the time we checked to book.
Fortunately for last week, we were able to get a table for lunch time. I was very happy and looked forward to it.
We did tea pairing as this is a unique experience, plus we love Chinese tea.
We enjoyed every dishes that chef Adeline created especially the sweet potato noodles served with pork belly (of I remember correctly). It was absolutely delicious.
The chef personally brought out some of the dishes, and the entire team was incredibly friendly. I was so pleased to get a picture with the chef, which made for a nice, memorable photo.
We also managed to squeeze in a short visit to boutique yam'Tcha for a quick light lunch on our last day before we headed out to the airport. We equally enjoyed the food and experience. We bought some tea leaves.
Highly recommend to try both yam'Tcha places.
Expertly crafted fusion of Chinese and French cuisine. The staff are very attentive and the attention to detail excellent. The wine pairings were fantastic, especially given some of the food seemed quite difficult to lair with. Absolutely worth the trip.
An incredible dinner in every way. The fusion of French and Chinese cuisine is wonderfully executed, both in terms of cooking and flavor combinations (that revisited bouillabaisse was a real eye-opener!). It's worth noting the consistency of the offerings across the entire menu, without being too easy, where you can feel the chef's desire to take you into her world at every step. The service was impeccable and well-paced, contrary to what I've read in some reviews, and yet I'm the "impatient" type and don't like long waits... And what about the food, wine, and tea pairings offered... I've rarely seen such a high level of sommelier craftsmanship and precision in the pairings, even though I'm used to Michelin-starred restaurants. It's worth noting the chef who takes the time to chat with you at the end of the meal, again demonstrating great humility. Thank you again for this evening!
23/02/2026: It was delicious!
The fish was very good, the sushi was high quality (not too much rice), the gyoza were nice and crispy—in short, a pleasant surprise!
24/01/2026: Good price. Good quantity and good quality.
