Excellent restaurant. Impeccable welcome and service in a cozy atmosphere

Loved the Asian French fusion here. Service was very efficient and friendly. We also loved the wine and tea pairing we had with the tasting menu.

Wonderful food, atmosphere, service and overall experience. The tea pairing was a major highlight other than the delicious food. If you're in Paris you should come here for one of the best culinary experiences you'll ever have.

The beef noodles are great and the homemade sauerkraut tastes very special~

An impressive combination of Western and Asian techniques and products. A great intention is the subtlety of flavors via citrus fruits (kombawa, Sichuan or Timut berries for example). Each dish is perfectly measured and presents several readings as the flavors are multiple and subtle. The food and tea accompaniment is exceptional: each tea bringing another level of reading to the dish. The teas are chosen with great care and are very different from each other: full-bodied, mineral, fruity, woody, herbaceous... Exceptional teas from the Middle Kingdom and served traditionally.q The most striking point in my opinion is in one of the last dishes, the sorrel one, which was magical. The setting is very calm and bright, without being too so. The service is quite fast and attentive. A must-try for any lover of great gastronomy!

I had high expectations of this restaurant and watched the Chef's Table episode in anticipation, but it turned out to be one of the worst meals I had in Paris. I paid 170 euros for tasting plus 50 euros for tea pairing. Some highlights were the rice stuffed squid with lemongrass and the lychee soursop dessert. The service for the tea pairing was very warm and welcoming! Otherwise, service was very cold. I am all for coping with mediocre service if the food is good. However - The menu felt like something Chat-GPT had spewed for a fusion Chinese and French restaurant. The combination of cheese and bao, and fuyu truffles Parma ham and chilli oil in the vegetable dumpling simply didn't work for me. Suggest to spend your money elsewhere.

A unique tasting menu fusion style. many of the dishes are wonderfully prepared by the Chef. During my visit the Chef was also coming to people’s table which brings some of warmth in the atmosphere. some good selection of wine and tea in their pairing set.
