OK place with good bubble tea but the Tapiocca pearls were very soft, not the best I have tasted.

I visited BBT store two days ago (Thursday). The drinks are as good and amazing as before. I like them very much. But the behavior of the staff put me off a little. There was a girl and a boy wearing glasses sharing their daily life very loudly in the drinks area. Their voices were even louder than the background music. And I'm not the only one who feels this discomfort, the girl next to me also expressed the same feeling as me. As a consumer who comes to drink drinks, we want a relaxed and happy environment, rather than listening to employees share or complain about their daily lives. Thank you for your understanding

It's a shame that it's so small, otherwise the bubble tea and pastries are really good, there's not much room to sit even the tables are small.
