Around 5-6pm we left with my family and when it came time to order, a kind lady named "Louana" served us. She was very patient and kind to us, and we were happy after this experience.

Thanks to Gwen who agreed to make my waffle at 6:45 pm despite her colleague's refusal. Great saleswoman with a lovely smile.

I was served very quickly. The service and staff were pleasant 🙂 They were generous with the coulis, I'll be back 😂

A wonderful experience!! A huge thank you to Prescillia for her warm welcome and professionalism. Despite the crowds and the large number of customers, she took the time to explain the concept in detail and let us taste the different ice cream flavors so we could make our choice with peace of mind. She was very friendly, patient, and helpful throughout our visit. Once we placed our order, the service was quick and efficient. In addition to the excellent service, we thoroughly enjoyed our ice cream! I highly recommend it!!
