A truly enjoyable lunch!! After a few years, we returned to this restaurant specializing in dim sum, the typical and delicious steamed dumplings of Cantonese and Hong Kong tradition. The restaurant's strength lies in its distinctive originality: the dim sum are made entirely by hand, with thin pastry and high-quality fillings. The menu combines the great Cantonese classics with original and fusion recipes with a French-Asian touch, featuring select French products. The idea is a convivial experience designed for sharing, in perfect tapas style, with a tasting menu and an affordable yet high-quality offering. The atmosphere is welcoming, with attention to detail and a medium size. The decor is modern, chic, and inviting: exposed brick, large, dramatic paper flowers, contemporary furnishings, wooden tables, and atmospheric lighting. The result is a perfect blend of Eastern and Western design, lively and convivial (perhaps a little noisy at peak times). The menu revolves around dim sum, including steamed, grilled, "Juicy," and sweet options, accompanied by delicious side dishes and set menus. For our tasting, we chose: Dim Sum in soy and ginger sauce (Chicken and Chinese cabbage, Shrimp, Beef with pak choi and ginger), Yoom specialty dim sum (Black Angus beef with ginger, "Lion's head" chicken in curry sauce), Classic steamed dim sum (Wild shrimp and vegetables), Fresh cucumber salad with cilantro and mint, Steamed broccoli with spicy Yoom sauce, Spring rolls with wild shrimp. All the dishes were excellent, well-executed, and prepared with quality ingredients. Service is provided by knowledgeable and friendly staff. If you're in the area, I highly recommend it: you won't be disappointed! We'll definitely be back to try other options!

On this sunny lunchtime, the restaurant is charming, and the service is also very friendly and welcoming. The cocktail menu is well-chosen for the setting, and the cocktails are beautifully crafted (a perfect balance of spice, richness, alcohol, acidity, and sweetness). It's quite surprising to find such excellent cocktails in this place. When will they offer a yuzu cocktail? A lemongrass cocktail? Or one with oils? ++ The spicy peanut rum cocktail (chili) is divine. The dim sum dumplings are flavorful, and each one has its own distinct character (especially the veal and chili one). A lovely and excellent place to eat.
