12/08/2026: We had a wonderful time at Le Pangalane, a restaurant that transported us straight to Madagascar thanks to Patrick's authentic and delicious cuisine! He's friendly, welcoming, always smiling, and passionate, taking the time to chat with his customers. You can tell he puts his heart and soul into his dishes! The Malagasy cuisine he offers is simply delicious: rich flavors, subtle spices, and generous portions that introduced us to some specialties. We loved the originality of the flavor combinations. Just one small drawback: the pork in one of the dishes was a little fatty. Note: Our lunch lasted from 12:30 pm to 3:15 pm, as Patrick was working alone that day, handling both the cooking and the service. If you're in a hurry, allow extra time!

24/07/2026: Excellent dinner; the chef welcomed us despite the impending closure. Delicious meal, nothing to complain about! I highly recommend it.
