10/05/2026: We arrived early for our reservation and were turned away. We booked three weeks in advance, and when we arrived 10 minutes before our scheduled time, the waitress turned us away, saying, "Oh no, I've sold everything, so it's not possible. Didn't we call you?" We were stunned, standing there like idiots in shock. It's unacceptable! What restaurant doesn't prepare enough food for its daily reservations? The way they turn customers away without any empathy disgusts me. An hour's drive from Lyon in the rain for nothing, wasting gas... Avoid at all costs. I won't be going back to this sad, empty place. It's not even busy, and they turn us away! The first time in my life I've ever seen anything like it! I'll stick to Lyon; there are frogs there too (Rochetaillée-sur-Saône). Anyway, we ended up at McDonald's, which was very good 🥲

28/02/2026: The welcome was particularly unpleasant. Despite the perfect weather, we asked to have lunch on the terrace—a request refused on the grounds that there weren't enough staff and the terrace wasn't set up. This is hard to understand for only five covers, especially when it simply amounts to turning customers away rather than finding a solution. So we left, the establishment seemingly indifferent to the significant loss of revenue. If the welcome and motivation reflect this experience, it's unlikely we'll be back.
