08/03/2026: New owners!!!! There are still a few minor inaccuracies, a few hesitations, and some missing routines, but once these details are ironed out, after a few services and a little experience, the Relais de la Chouette will be a popular spot. Despite these minor hiccups, we ate very well; the meal lived up to the price and the setting. We had a wonderful time. The staff and owners are very pleasant. The portions are generous, the selection is somewhat limited, but everything is fresh. We recommend that locals or those passing through Parfondeval stop at the Relais de la Chouette. We wish the new owners every success.
