30/10/2026: Friday, October 30, 2026: A Visit Again After Reopening What a pleasure to meet up with friends at the Auberge du Panier Fleuri in Montbeugny, near Moulins. Fannou and Jean-Marie, recently arrived from Madagascar, have taken over this small restaurant in the heart of the Bourbonnais countryside. We had lunch there and thoroughly enjoyed the €18 set menu, from starter to dessert. The value for money is more than fair; the dishes are generous and delicious, and Fannou is very attentive to her customers and always has a smile on her face. We can only wish them a wonderful culinary adventure in Montbeugny, as it is richly deserved. Don't hesitate to stop by this welcoming little inn; Jean-Marie works behind the bar, and it's a great pleasure to chat with him over a coffee or a pre-dinner drink. We will definitely be back to spend some quality time with Fannou and Jean-Marie over a delicious meal of traditional French cuisine with Malagasy influences. A huge thank you!
