06/05/2026: Marie Blachère Despite everything, you can tell the employees are doing their best, and that deserves recognition. The pace is intense, the days are long, and some people manage to keep smiling, which is truly commendable. Hats off to them. But honestly, it's still not as good as Montluçon. We come hoping to rediscover that famous "Marie Blachère flavor"... then sometimes we leave with the feeling that even the baguettes are going through an existential crisis 😅🥖 Less warmth, less consistency, less of that little something extra that makes you want to come back. Yet, the potential is there. The most surprising thing is that you can have the same recipes, the same ovens, the same brand... but not the same human energy. And customers feel it immediately. So a real question arises: Where has the promised Marie Blachère flavor gone? Because ultimately, good bread nourishes the stomach… but a warm welcome and a lively atmosphere also foster customer loyalty.
