13/03/2026: It's not rush hour, yet the order is taking quite a while to arrive.
Furthermore, the staff are handling garbage, soiled mops, and other waste without washing their hands, and they're handling orders like this.
I thought employee policy required them to wash their hands regularly. That's certainly changed.
And all this is happening right under the managers' noses.
