12/03/2024: Simply deserves a zero! Severely lacking in professionalism because the manager has no qualms about canceling customer reservations with excuses, each one as ridiculous as the next... And without warning! It is up to customers to find out if the reservation still stands. In short, the world is upside down It's quite simply a scam that could ruin your weekend or your vacation so don't even take the risk! In the meantime, I hope that some of the excuses put forward are realistic and that you leave this hotel to people who really want to work and not make fun of people!

12/03/2024: ESPECIALLY DO NOT BOOK IN THIS HOTEL! I put 1/5 because I can't put less otherwise I would have done it happily. This establishment is a big scam, they cancel you at the last moment and even without questioning I would not have been warned. We reserved 4 rooms at this establishment over a month ago. Reservation scheduled for Saturday March 16. Today I would like to confirm our arrival with the host. What a surprise when I received a text back telling me that the establishment has been closed since February and that they cannot honor my reservation. I ask for explanations but nothing convincing comes to me. By calling other hoteliers in the area to find an emergency solution, not easy when it is 3 days before to find 4 rooms. I am told that this establishment is accustomed to doing so and cancels customers with always apologies. This evening we called anonymously, no more reservations possible but with a new excuse, a story about trees blocking the road. In short, if you don't want to have your vacation ruined, DO NOT BOOK IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT.
