We really should stop “cooking” this kind of thing...
However, the setting is nice.

Fresh product. The sushi is good.

As for the fries, they went in the trash. I almost broke a window when I dropped one on the floor. They looked like fries from 5 days ago.
Then the guy who takes the order is execrable.

08/03/2024: Unacceptable pizza!! I placed my order on Uber eat (4 cheeses and honey goat cheese), the dough was white and not cooked, the filling was non-existent (4 small pieces of goat cheese for a honey goat cheese and Roquefort absent for the 4 cheeses). I won't go there anymore, knowing that there is much better nearby!!

03/11/2023: Disappointed by the quality of the dishes (few flavors and the meat really wasn't great) and the small portions compared to the price.
08/10/2023: Went there 2 times ( 2023 and maybe 5 years ago). As others have said, the food is done too fast, not good in taste, low quality, small portions, and not a good value for what you pay. There are plenty of better places in the region.

28/10/2023: A horror ! Absolutely avoid!!! A first experience that wasn't great last year, but I wanted to give this little restaurant that calls itself "family" a second chance. Well, I would have done better to abstain because I have rarely been received like this and have no memories of having eaten so badly in a restaurant (dry and bland rice, borderline fish and ridiculous portions), my wife in was sick!!!! When we call ourselves “ABSOLUTE THAI” in Valbonne we must be impeccable with our customers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

13/03/2024: Wrong ingredients in my salad, I had to throw away half and it was impossible to reach you by phone. Report made by email, not even a response... The least we could have done was to apologize!!!! In short, I will no longer order from you.

At least respect the Sophia employees, we are not 5 year olds to give portions of this size!
The photos on their website are misleading, you receive a dish that has nothing to do with it.
