13/04/2026: Everything went VERY WORSE at this establishment. To begin with, I ordered veggie nuggets with the toy on the side, along with two Iced Lattes. The waitress suggested that, for a small extra charge, I could add a Happy Meal with the nuggets, which would be more complete with a drink and dessert. When it came time to finalize the order, she had forgotten that she had included the nuggets in the Happy Meal and tried to add more. I had trouble making her understand that I only wanted ONE portion of nuggets, not two, but she didn't seem to get it. When she finally handed me the order, she had forgotten to add the two Iced Lattes. Luckily, I realized in time and was able to correct the order. We then sat down, and two minutes later, the server arrived with the Happy Meal. "And the coffees?" I asked him. He had no idea what I was talking about. I had to show him the receipt because he didn't know he was supposed to bring me two Iced Lattes. It took him FIFTEEN MINUTES to bring me the coffees. But surprise: they were without whipped cream. I paid for two Iced Lattes, and what I got instead—as you can see in the photos—was two half-filled glasses of burnt-tasting coffee, with a few ice cubes, and not a single trace of whipped cream. I was already so tired and had wasted so much time that I drank the coffee and left immediately. But the WORST was yet to come: just before leaving, I went to the restroom and, as I passed a side door leading to the street, I saw an employee POUR A SUSPICIOUS LIQUID right in the middle of the flowerbed surrounding the building. In other words, she was dumping waste into the environment. I didn't have time to take a picture because I had left my phone on the table, but when I came out of the restroom, I returned with my phone to photograph the trail of liquid she had left behind. I find this extremely serious and I will do everything I can to ensure this situation is reported to the appropriate authorities. This is detrimental to public health and the environment. P.S.: It is unacceptable that fruit is served cut up in plastic rather than whole. Enough of this unnecessary plastic waste; it's unacceptable. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, MCDONALD'S 😡😡😡

12/04/2026: Don't be in a hurry; it takes more than 45 minutes to get your order served via click and collect... Thank goodness we let you know when we're coming to pick it up. Delivered cold without the ice cream... The order has to be redone... It's getting worse and worse, honestly, go elsewhere.
