What can I say except PERFECT from start to finish!
An all-you-can-eat French restaurant like we wish we could find more often! From the moment we arrived, we received a warm, friendly, and attentive welcome. A convivial and family-like atmosphere where we immediately felt at ease.
And what about the meal… A true delight for the taste buds! Authentic French cuisine, generous, flavorful, and above all, homemade! We rediscovered the pleasure of delicious dishes prepared with care, taste, and quality. A real treat!
Everything is there for a wonderful experience: the welcome, the atmosphere, the quality of the food, and the pleasure of eating well.
It's so wonderful to discover an establishment where everything is so perfect!
A huge congratulations to the entire team! Don't change a thing; you've truly mastered the art of hospitality and delighting your customers.
I recommend it 1000%, without hesitation! An address to absolutely remember, we will be back with immense pleasure! ❤️👏

I wanted to update my previous review of the McDonald’s in Pamiers because I felt it was important to highlight how well my problem was handled by the restaurant team.
Following my previous review about an order that unfortunately went very wrong, Aurore responded directly, offering to invite me to the restaurant to discuss the issue and find a solution.
So I went to the restaurant, and I really want to commend her professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness. She took the time to understand the situation, sincerely apologized, and was incredibly understanding.
Most importantly, she took charge immediately and offered a solution that even exceeded my expectations, which I greatly appreciated.
The problem was resolved quickly and very professionally. This is exactly the kind of reaction you expect from an establishment when a problem arises.
I think it's important to point this out because, while I don't hesitate to report a bad experience, I also think it's only right to commend an establishment when it recognizes a problem and takes the necessary steps to resolve it.
A big thank you to Aurore for her warm welcome, attentiveness, and professionalism, as well as to the entire restaurant team. 🙏
I left with a very positive impression and will gladly return to this restaurant. I therefore recommend this McDonald's today, particularly for the quality of the service and the follow-up when a problem is reported.
This just goes to show that a bad experience can also turn into a very good customer experience when the establishment truly knows how to take charge. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

06/09/2026: I used to go there often before Burger King arrived, because the order often came out cold or with things they forgot. Not to mention the fries that were only half full... Tonight I decided to try it and ended up with a half-empty sundae... for €3.45, that's a bit much.
02/09/2026: This McDonald's is always super fast and very friendly, it's nice to see that there are still fast food places like this!

24/09/2026: Passing through Verniolle, the staff and welcome were remarkable, unlike my experience around 1 p.m. in Tarascon-sur-Ariège, which, I remind you, was the same chain.
24/09/2026: This McDonald's is a complete disaster! I ordered at 6 PM for two Happy Meals and one Maxi Double McChicken Gold. The drinks for all three meals arrived half empty, and the Gold Chicken, which was supposed to be a double, only had one patty. To top it all off, there was one car at the drive-thru, one for click and collect, and only two people in the dining area, while there were four or five in the kitchen. This fast food place is getting worse and worse; avoid it unless you're prepared to spend ten minutes after every order checking every single detail.
