19/10/2026: One of the best fast food places, never disappointed by the signature menu

10/10/2026: I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this is the first time I've had such a bad experience. I ordered a Signature meal: the inside of the meat seemed raw, with red juice dripping from the hamburger. I don't eat meat that undercooked. The fries also seemed undercooked. As for the hamburger bun, it was cold and didn't appear to have been toasted. I was extremely disappointed, to the point of feeling nauseous. My son couldn't finish his meal either. I have photos to support my description. My intention isn't to criticize, but to share my experience: as it stood, this meal was truly unacceptable to me. I hope the manager will see this review and take it into account to improve the service, the cooking, and the quality of the food offered.
