19/02/2026: Getting worse and worse... aside from posting apologies in the comments, that's the only thing McDonald's knows how to do. As for the rest, try it for yourself and you'll understand my opinion.

11/02/2026: We ordered items with sauces through the McDonald's app, and we didn't receive any of the sauces we ordered. We pay for a service, we expect to receive it! Unacceptable!

01/03/2026: A rat greeted us on the terrace, we hesitated... but went in anyway. The upstairs room was filthy: disgusting floor, uncleaned tables, toilets with feces on the seat, cold burgers, fries without salt, tenders that looked like reheated chicken. We did see someone empty the bins, but they didn't even glance at the room. It was 9:15 PM, and the upstairs room was blocked off with two stools blocking access downstairs. I had to move them to leave! Anyway! It used to be much better. They need to review the management training! And maybe a little health inspection?

28/02/2026: The service was exceptionally slow: we received our order after waiting for over half an hour, and the food arrived cold. From the outset, we pointed out that a children's menu was missing; one of the waitresses replied, "That's not my problem." Fortunately, another member of the team was more courteous and took charge of the situation.
