We were originally looking for a different restaurant because the one we wanted was already full, and let me tell you, we weren't disappointed! The owner of Vintage Coffee is so passionate about his work that he makes you want to come and eat there. He's incredibly kind! As for the burgers, no complaints whatsoever: my partner and I ordered the same thing and we were delighted. I highly recommend it.

We had lunch as a family today, Tuesday, August 25th, at this lovely snack bar. It was busy, but despite the crowd, the young waitress and her colleague in the kitchen were charming, smiling, and attentive to our needs. The burgers and fries are excellent. I highly recommend it! A nice little bonus that our two dogs really appreciated: a bowl of fresh water upon our arrival! 👍😁

The burgers were very good, as was the warm goat cheese salad. A bit pricey for the portions, especially the fries being extra on top of the burgers. The atmosphere in the evening is a little dreary, but overall recommended.

Excellent restaurant, we had a wonderful time! The meal was delicious, with flavorful dishes prepared with care, and the service was truly top-notch. The chef is very attentive, dynamic, and welcoming. He takes the time to chat with customers, answer questions, and share his passion, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. A fantastic discovery at Vintage Coffee, in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. We had a great time and will definitely be back! I highly recommend this place, without hesitation! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Passing through Île de Ré, we had a wonderful reunion with Maxence. A warm and lively welcome. The food was excellent and very generous. We certainly didn't leave hungry. The service and professionalism were impeccable. A truly great find, we highly recommend it. Sophie and Sébastien.

08/09/2026: Such unpleasant staff this year. Out of season - early Septembre - they should be grateful for customers but incredibly dismissive and arrogant when simply asked if they had a table! We’ve had some good meals here before but the arrogance of the staff means we’ll never visit again.
08/09/2026: An absolute 10/10 experience from start to finish!!! I am totally gutted that I didn’t take a single photo, the food looked so incredible and tasted even better that reaching for my phone completely slipped my mind. The suckling pig was meltingly tender with the crispest skin, and the bavette was cooked to sheer perfection: rich, juicy, and packed with flavour - out of this world! The atmosphere was welcoming, effortlessly comfortable, but what really tied the whole evening together was the service. A huge shoutout to Frederick, who looked after us brilliantly. Attentive, warm, and made us feel so welcome throughout the night. I’m honestly lost for words at just how good everything was, and I speak for the whole group. We’ll definitely be back, and next time, I’ll try to remember the camera before diving in! Merci beaucoup!!!!

05/09/2026: High class gourmet “tartes” (quiches savory and/or pies sweet) made with fresh ingredients amd generously decorated with toppings. The best I ever ate. The white aproned owner served each client by his own hand decorated each tarte himself. Expensive but well worth it. Take away only!
