24/07/2026: So. A soggy burger with a ridiculously tiny, overcooked patty, stuck to the bun with a square of cheese that was also overcooked. Otherwise, the bun wasn't bad. Soggy, brown fries, overcooked (to get that result: a single frying in oil that was too long and not hot enough). In short, not good. And I'm from the North of France, I know my fries. €30 for a burger meal with extra bacon (also overcooked. Seriously...) and a large order of fries without a drink + another large order of fries. Very, very expensive for what it is. I absolutely do not recommend it. I was looking for a replacement for the excellent burgers and fries at Phil Pizz, well, Burger Café isn't going to be it.

01/07/2026: This will be the last time we eat these Burgess fries. Mine was cold despite having bought it 5 minutes earlier... the fries were far too soggy with oil, it felt like eating oil-flavored fries... a huge disappointment.
