16/09/2026: The boss is very welcoming, warm, and hardworking. You can really see the sweat and sweat of his labor and dedication—well done! It's important to highlight Ethan's potential! A very smiley young man, full of life and energy, he has a bright future ahead of him if he keeps this positive attitude.

17/08/2026: Very pleasantly satisfied. We came for lunch at this restaurant on a Monday in August. I was looking for a small, bistro-style establishment with home-style cooking, and the Google reviews encouraged me to go in. It's exactly the kind of place I like: unpretentious decor, the focus is on the food, the service, and the efficiency. A great, professional team with two charming young people who were very attentive. The waiter clearly explained the menu and the composition of each dish, and the waitress was both discreet and professional. Everything was excellent. Gravlax salmon for a starter, hake fillet, and a dark chocolate and peanut finger for dessert worthy of a gourmet restaurant. I will return as soon as the opportunity arises without hesitation. As a restaurant professional myself, I recognize a certain expertise. I recommend it without reservation. The tables next to us were also delighted. Special mention to the young waiter. Congratulations to the manager.

27/09/2026: It's fascinating how gastronomy is an art form on a plate! Everything is superb: the colors, the presentation, and finally, the explosion of flavors! Perfect balance! A wonderful time spent at Allium. Thank you so much.

25/09/2026: Overall the seafood dish stands out .. but the main course which was the beef was a disaster - chewy and we didn’t finish this. The pacing for every dish was too long as well .. took us 4-5 hours to finish the dinner.
