09/04/2026: It was my first time eating at Buffalo Grill, and I won't be going there again. The atmosphere is nice, and the service was quick, with a very friendly waiter. It's a shame that the filet feux I ordered was anything but tender; it was extremely tough, and, even worse, tasteless. Furthermore, unlike many other similar chains, they don't serve it on a hot stone, so it gets cold quickly. I strongly advise against it.

14/04/2026: They try to charge us extra for things: they added a €9 kids' menu when there was only ice cream instead of just charging for the ice cream.
They usually like to do that.
Last time there was an extra plate.

I came to collect my order, and no help offered. The employee's words: "hello, your order. Thank you, have a good day"
Lamentable. This Drive is getting worse and worse. In addition, employees smoke not far from the reception door.
EDIT of September 13, 2024 (great! 👏🏻): Order at 7 p.m.: served by a certain Léa. No hello, extremely cold. I felt like I was in front of a funeral home employee. Maybe she should apply for this field? I say that I say nothing, but any funeral company would snatch their CV.
24/06/2024: Disobliging staff who look down on you with a look that despises you... very unpleasant attitude no politeness slow staff who drag their feet no help and offer a customer next door not happy with her vegetables and staff who blow a shame or are the smiling departure team who recognize you and help you put in the trunk…. Loyal customer, I've been ordering for almost 9 years now and I find it lamentable coming from a Leclerc drive.
