13/07/2026: Catastrophic – Management Completely Absent in the Face of Overwhelmed Staff A disastrous experience. Despite the visible efforts of staff trying their best to manage the situation, the severe understaffing was immediately apparent. The result: a 1 hour and 10 minute wait between ordering and being served. The contents of the plates became simply unacceptable: The hamburger, usually so generous, arrived tiny and barely lukewarm. The portion of fries was halved. The sauce container was also ridiculously small. The Americano, which as its name suggests should be served in a cup, was served in a kind of ramekin, completely unappetizing. It felt like being in a cafeteria. Throughout the meal, the servers—completely overwhelmed—spent their time apologizing for the service conditions. They're doing what they can, but what is management doing?! It's a disgrace to leave their staff and customers in such a situation. It seems there's no one in charge to manage the staff and guide them. They're left to their own devices. So, to be clear, for me, it's not a staffing issue, but rather the management's absence and lack of oversight of the restaurant. I won't be back anytime soon.

25/06/2026: My son placed an order through Uber Eats, but half the order was missing and there was an error with the drink. My son called, and the person told him to call back as soon as he placed the order again, which my son did some time later, but it was impossible to reach anyone! Not fair to a young apprentice who just wants to treat himself now and then.

23/06/2026: Dismal restaurant, disgusting food. The waitress pushes the overflowing bin with her gloves and uses the same gloves to prepare sandwiches for customers one after another without changing them 🤮. What's more, she wipes the work surface with the palm of her hand, still wearing the same gloves she uses to make the sandwiches. 🙈 All this with revolting food and sauces, not to mention the bread, which is truly awful. And the spatula used to cut the bread is never cleaned and mixes all the ingredients from previous customers' sandwiches together 🤢. A little hygiene training is definitely needed! And €14 for that!! ⚠️
