06/08/2026: I haven't yet had a chance to share my thoughts on Le Bouchon after my dinner there two days ago. Well, it was a perfect experience. Let's start with the welcome: simple and efficient service for all eight of us. Then there was the service. The young blonde woman who took charge of our table impressed us with her perfect knowledge of the menu, the ingredients in the dishes, and the drinks she had available. Special mention goes to the non-alcoholic cocktail suggestions and the rums offered at the end of the meal. Now for the most important part: the dishes we enjoyed. Whether vegetarian or not, we all truly appreciated our meals, with a special mention for the frozen Snickers served with peppery milk foam—what a discovery! And above all, what talent for creating such original and truly delicious dishes. Thank you for this wonderful evening. I'll be back if I'm ever in Gap.

04/08/2026: Recommended by an acquaintance, a true discovery, dishes with a rarely seen originality. Congratulations to the chefs... Passing through Gap without eating at Le Bouchon would be a mistake.

09/08/2026: A very good restaurant with a very tempting menu. We ordered a burger with Italian tartare, a speculoos tiramisu, and French toast. It's a shame the speculoos was soggy on the tiramisu; it would have been better to add it at the last minute to keep it crisp. Otherwise, the meal was very good, and the staff were welcoming and friendly! I recommend it.

16/08/2026: A very good restaurant in Roscoff with good value for money. Live lobster tank. Lobster, spider crab, and mussels are on the menu.

15/08/2026: A successful first experience. The welcome was perfect. The €50 menu offers excellent value for money. The oysters, foie gras, and tuna starters were excellent, with a perfect presentation. For the main courses, the skewered prawns and the pollack were succulent. For dessert, the chocolate fondant, the gourmet coffee, and the pavlola were incredible! In short, 5 stars are well deserved. We were seated on the terrace, knowing that the view from the restaurant's first floor overlooking the port is superb.

09/08/2026: Honestly, a fantastic restaurant. The owners are incredibly friendly, and the staff are very helpful. It's true that it's a bit pricey, but it's a very gourmet restaurant. Personally, I find a glass of wine a bit expensive, whether it's white, red, or rosé—it's €6.50 a glass, so even if the food is gourmet, wine is still wine. I do wish the terrace was a bit brighter. There are small lamps on the tables that are very pretty, but I find the overall lighting a little dim. Otherwise, I still recommend this restaurant, because the food is excellent, certainly one of the best in Gap.

We paid the same price for a buffet that was three-quarters empty... We were practically told to hurry up at 2:00 PM... By 2:05 PM, the hot food had been completely removed... Closing time was 2:30 PM...

22/02/2026: An excellent experience! Everything was perfect: the food was delicious, the service impeccable, and the atmosphere very pleasant. The ingredients were fresh, especially the prawns, which were delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant!

24/07/2026: A morning meeting of business leaders on a Thursday at 7:00 AM. O'Nico was up for the challenge. There weren't many of us, 13 or 14. Nicolas greeted us with a big smile and had already prepared a meeting space for us. Croissants, pain au chocolat, fruit juice, coffee... In short, everything was there. Humor and thoughtful touches too. He even put a fan in case we got hot. At 7:40 AM, the sun rose, and he lowered the blinds so we wouldn't get too hot. In short, it was really great. I had a wonderful experience meeting new people, and the place was very pleasant.

24/07/2026: Excellent, truly delicious! I don't know the chef, but I wanted to commend him. I've eaten there two or three times, and each time the meals were exquisite. The welcome is warm and all the staff are very friendly. Thank you to the whole team, I'll gladly return!

01/08/2026: It was far too hot in the restaurant. We couldn't even finish our meal there and had to take the rest home. The quality of the food remained the same as when the restaurant offered an all-you-can-eat option: decent, but nothing special. Now, however, the dishes are only available à la carte, and the prices are therefore much higher. Honestly disappointed. For an à la carte restaurant, I prefer Akagi, or Palais Panda for an all-you-can-eat buffet in Gap.

28/07/2026: As a Japanese food enthusiast, I found this restaurant pleasant. The sushi and maki are very good. A great place for Japanese cuisine lovers.

06/08/2026: A good place to eat; the food is tasty and fresh. However, the prices are quite high for the portion size (18 euros for a Caesar salad). The service was rather slow but friendly.

24/08/2026: We were very disappointed with our experience at Le Bouton d’Or. I ordered a Black Angus ribeye steak cooked rare. Unfortunately, it was served medium-rare, and given the state of the meat, I have serious doubts that it was actually Black Angus. The seared tuna was also very dry, far from what we expected. We also questioned the "homemade" nature of some of the dishes. Another disappointment came with the aperitif: we were served simple, mass-produced crackers on a plate. For a bill of around €90 for two people, for just two courses and two glasses of wine, we sincerely expected a higher standard of service. The only real positive was the presentation of the dishes, which was very attractive. Unfortunately, the taste and quality did not live up to the presentation. The service was also disastrous and made the experience even more unpleasant. When paying, I took the time to calmly express our disappointment. The person simply looked at me with a smile, without really taking my comment into account. We then left without even a "thank you" or a "goodbye." For nearly €90, we left with a real sense of disappointment and a price-quality ratio that, in our opinion, was absolutely not there. Unfortunately, we will not be repeating the experience. 21/08/2026: Les Boutons d’Or is one of those restaurants that restores faith in traditional bistro cuisine. An excellent culinary experience in an elegant setting with a chef who took the time to explain his background and share recipe tips. Don't hesitate to visit this restaurant.

15/07/2026: I still love coming to this terrace! The food is good, well-balanced, and flavorful. The service is very pleasant. I always have a great time. I've been coming here whenever I can for years now. I hope to go back as soon as possible :)
