30/03/2024: Very disappointing !! having ordered a bleu burger, which was supposed to contain bacon and a brioche bun. I received an old, low-end bread that wasn't brioche at all, as well as some lardons instead of bacon. Not to mention a steak half the size of the bread. Plus, I wanted another drink, the fridge was empty, no dessert or snacks. If we cannot manage the menu card and put the ingredients indicated on the card, at least warn the customers… 0 value for money!!! It would be time to close this restaurant, in order to upgrade it. I am very disappointed, I will not set foot here again!!!!!!

03/04/2024: Passing through this Buffalo, on the road to vacation, it's the worst restaurant in this chain where we ate! If I could put zero, I would, very poor value for money: the fries were cold, awful, the fish in the fish and chips was dripping with fat, very small quantity but ultimately, that's enough because it's very bad. The dishes (cutlery and glasses) are very dirty, I drank my Perrier from the bottle. The toilets, I can't believe it, plastered by Mr...., the flush doesn't work, the handles and the floor sticky! And what's more, the waiters have no knowledge of hygiene, waitress with very dirty and greasy hair and the waiter, before straightening the table, reuses the customer's glass from before, which he places on the seat upside down, time to go find a set! I hope the customer before had clean pants! For me, to flee! You need to review your staff and the maintenance of your establishment as well as the quality of the dishes you serve!
