23/01/2026: A complete change of scenery, both in terms of the authentic country atmosphere and the quality of the food, all at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this trip.

22/01/2026: It's good, but not always hot. My partner's meat was perfect, but the avocado in my salad was cold, as if it had come out of the freezer. The waiter seemed a bit overwhelmed. The price isn't excessive.

03/11/2025: Since 2005… pioneers and still going strong. I had the chance to have a pint there on Friday. The SPAR in Arbois (like the brewery, I assume) offers a triple IPA by the bottle, which I'm now enjoying in Paris and which is absolutely delightful. Bravo!

25/08/2025: Very good craft brewery. The recipes are well crafted and the range of flavors is quite broad. We happily return from time to time. August 2025: We still come back; by far, some of the best craft beers we've ever tasted. As a bonus, the owners are super friendly, cheerful, and always smiling—the best 👌🏻 Don't change a thing! PS: If you could remake your elderflower beer, that would be great 😉
