07/09/2026: Being new to Saint-Étienne, I've rarely encountered such warm and friendly staff. I've been coming to Nota with my mother for several months now, and we absolutely love it! The servers are lovely, always smiling and welcoming. A special mention goes to Fatima in the kitchen for her incredible kindness, her big smile, and her absolutely delicious daily specials. I've rarely eaten such flavorful food! A big thank you to the whole team, and for your hospitality! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

06/09/2026: Two waitresses who clearly don't know what they're doing, you wait for hours, and when you're finished they prefer to go smoke on their phones while you wait. So you have to flag them down to order two coffees, and on top of that, they don't even clear your plates. Terrible service. Awful service.

07/06/2026: I regularly come to this place with my son, and it's one I highly recommend. The crepes are excellent, as are the hot dogs, bagels, and milkshakes. I particularly appreciate the owner's flexibility; he readily adapts dishes to suit individual tastes, allergies, or dietary needs (for example, with plant-based alternatives). But what truly sets it apart is the welcome. The owner is incredibly kind, a great listener, and especially caring with children. He knows how to create a warm atmosphere where everyone feels welcome. During a period when I had work commitments, he even welcomed my son for lunch and made sure he got back to school afterward, which was a huge help. It's also a pleasant place to work or study on your computer thanks to the dedicated space nearby. Between the quality of the products, the friendliness and the attention paid to customers, it is a precious address that I am always happy to return to.

29/05/2026: The place is already GORGEOUS, a real breath of fresh air with the new layout 🙂‍↔️✨. As for the value for money, I highly recommend it 🥰 it was delicious and the portions were perfect!
