12/07/2024: A first order placed online at 6:30 p.m. schedule delivery at 8:30 p.m./9 p.m. 9:05 p.m. notification to cancel the order. I decide to go to the drive-thru to make the same order. I leave the drive at 9:30 p.m., return home half of the order is missing. 5 phone calls without answers, I return to the restaurant to claim the shortage. I could understand if the restaurant was under pressure or something. In the end 3 customers in the restaurant... Commercial gesture offers after 3 hours of hassle and two round trips by car in the wind, a SUNDAE! But what KFC goodness. Above all, don't change anything, I would be happy not to return to your brand given your neighboring competitors who are doing much better than you.
