02/05/2024: I went to the drive-thru this evening after work, first to take my order: very unpleasant person, you can hear in her voice that I'm bordering on disturbing her. Then it's time to pay: I go to the next counter, she looks at me and then leaves for 5 long minutes before coming back to collect. Finally receiving the order: I'm at the drive-thru so in the car alone they give me the drink like that without a base, nothing like I'm going to hold it while driving. Frankly, it's getting worse and worse. You should be a little more picky about applications and selections because it's really the worst drive of my life.

01/05/2024: Ice cream half filled even though we pay €4 for it??? This is unacceptable, zero understanding from the team.
