17/12/2024: Never again! THE WORST BK IN FRANCE!! I understand why there were people. Very poorly behaved staff, so I don't eat beef but apparently on the order it was written beef I go to the cash register to change it, I kindly ask to change it for me since the price remains the same and I don't I didn't touch it, and then I was told that it was my fault that there was nothing we could do about it. I stayed for 20 minutes to find a solution and scream just for a sandwich, the guy had nothing to do and talk about an unpleasant tone never again! Fortunately, I strongly advise against the fact that the manager arrived even if it took a long time to arrive.

13/12/2024: What a disappointment to have come as a family. Once the order is paid, when you ask for explanations, they tell you they're out of fries so they'll give you nuggets. We can't tell you before paying, you thought maybe we wouldn't notice!! Hygiene to review: the tables are dirty, the toilets let's not talk about it: clogged toilet, no soap and the smell that goes with it 🤮. The front door is full of marks. I asked to clean the table, it was up to the one who would do it!!! Towels are optional. Incompetent staff One certainty, we will never come back.

18/09/2024: Came after our flight at 11:30 p.m., menu served directly, hot, very helpful and polite waitress, plus very nice background music!
