05/04/2024: It's always a pleasure to come and spend the evening here, whether at the Grosse or the Petite Caisse, a bar unlike any you find in Paris, a warm and captivating atmosphere. A selection of varied music combining great classics and new releases.
The staff is very pleasant and caring: special mention to Chris the barmaid at the Petite Caisse for her smile and her top-notch cocktails!
In short, I HIGHLY recommend.

01/04/2024: Brunch on a Sunday :) Beautiful place, the dishes are quite good, very beautiful, well done! The only downside is that the waiters couldn't serve the dishes in time, we first ordered the glasses of water, we received coffee, then after 15 minutes the first savory dishes, our glasses of water, then a long wait for sweets and coffee. So the general impression is that it's a little too expensive for what it is but the dishes are magnificent and good, just take care of the service :)
01/04/2024: Cozy atmosphere, very pretty decoration. Simple menu but very good dishes. Good value for money. On the other hand, this place is presented as very festive and the atmosphere on a Saturday evening was really very calm.

Miła obsługa, dobre jedzenie szybko podane i w ludzkich cenach jak na Paryż 😀

Point positif : endroit très propre, personnel toujours aussi souriant, bonne musique, boisson au thé glacé excellente !
Point négatif : beaucoup moins de choix comparé à avant, burger beaucoup moins généreux et moins bon, recette plus simpliste.
Dommage ce changement, le rapport qualité/prix n'est plus intéressant... (17,90 le menu)

30/03/2024: Meal always excellent in freshness and taste. But a lot of inconveniences in the atmosphere and the environment of the ready to eat avenue de l'opéra. The tables are generally dirty and cluttered with leftovers from previous customers, the staff are always poorly presented and not at all responsive, seem like they don't care!!
The trays and cutlery leave something to be desired, dirty to the point that we no longer want to eat.
The cutlery provided for eating on site is so dirty that we prefer to require wooden cutlery.
The places are not clean, no hygiene, it is also invaded by customers from Grolet who come to eat on site, purchases from Grolet, cluttering the ready-to-eat places. The toilets are always horribly disgusting, no hygiene! and when there is a shortage of toilet paper, the staff does not react. How can we leave these places in such a state! I will report for a hygiene check.
28/03/2024: Even though it is a very standard chain of its kind, a special mention goes to the shop manager for his extreme courtesy towards customers and continually attentive to the display of the products.

5 stars for the week, 1 star for Friday.
The gentleman working the checkout during the week is adorable and very helpful! I wouldn't say the same about his colleague on Friday who makes everyone repeat their order while rolling their eyes, sighing, not to mention the unpleasant thoughts "uh we don't do that here who served you that last times? » (literally his colleague yesterday), "well yes it's not decaffeinated coffee but I don't know how to do it at the cash register" (what do I do with my drink if that's not what I have? asked?), no hello no thank you, really very unpleasant. Go on your way before the weekend!
