24/09/2024: If you have an opportunity to eat here, this is a must go! The service, food and experience from appetizer to dessert was exquisite! If they started with their Rose wine, soft yet flavorful and refreshing. The truffle bruschetta appetizer (black truffle) was mouth watering. The gnocchi entree (black truffle) was mothering, ultimate savory delectable experience. I highly recommend this dish. Do not pass it by! My partner and I finished the experience with a truffle creme brulee. What an experience that was definitely something different and memorable . This is a great experience style restaurant from start to finish with exquisite wait staff.

23/09/2024: I learned a lot about truffles after eating at this place. It was a good experience. The combination of blue truffle and carpaccio was really delicious! If you are going to eat truffle pasta, be sure to add cream sauce. It becomes much more delicious🫶🏻 I would like to thank the server in charge once again for his kind response.

The many courses of food tasted amazing with fresh ingredients and innovative flavors while still maintaining a summer theme. The service was attentive and friendly. This restaurant, in my opinion, deserves more than 1 Michelin star. I will be back for sure.

14/07/2024: A selection of fresh and refined dishes, often renewed, in an intimate atmosphere. Pollop is a very good address, especially for lunch.

16/09/2024: The beautiful address near the Grands Boulevards! A one-star restaurant with excellent value for money. We took the 5-course tasting menu, which starts with the pantagruelian egg followed by a beautiful monkfish (lightly cooked) and, optionally, the lobster croque, a delight! Dishes served on three plates, like variations. Also optional, cheese, served in flowered dumplings with a cracker. Nice selection of wines by the glass.

10/09/2024: - Attentive service, but too hasty: as soon as we take the last bite, our plate is almost snatched away. Impossible to finish the sauce. - Beautiful textures and inventive compositions on the plates, but the dishes arrive lukewarm. It's a shame. - Excellent butter made by the chef... served with bread that was too dry, obviously from the day before. What a waste. - We have added the lobster croque to our tasting menu in 5 chapters. If the taste of the lobster was present, the crispness and softness of the toast well balanced, the small quantity of lobster meat unfortunately spoiled our pleasure a little. In conclusion, being a member of several gastronomic academies and accustomed to starred restaurants, I had a pleasant time in your establishment, but there are some essential points which could easily be improved, in order to make it a more satisfactory experience.

14/09/2024: I would like to keep this address secret, to quietly taste the nectars chosen with passion by his young and brilliant boss. but, let's not be too selfish... if you like today's wines, accompanied by tasty and generous dishes, go see the wine scout (fans of chic and shocking restaurants, refrain).
